  • [Thread Die] M10 x 1.5 round die, 1.5mm pitch, right hand.
  • [Round Die] Large capacity chip removal hole, smooth chip removal, sharp and hard tapping thread, good precision. Conical locking hole, strong locking and not loose.
  • [Feature] Suitable for general purpose threading. Can be used to machine, correct or clean external threads. Ideal for maintenance and repair work.
  • [Material] Made of high speed steel, wear-resistant, reliable, durable. It is best to reverse every 1/4~1/2 turn, so as to be more conducive to chip removal from the chip hole. Appropriate lubricating oil should be added to the die cutting edge when tapping.
  • [Specification] As shown in the picture, outside diameter: 29mm, thickness: 11mm.

Any time you buy tools for a not huge price, quality is a question mark. These taps are excellent, sharp and rugged. I had to tap out 24 holes in the hubs of our loader (installing new drive sprockets) and these cut through crud and rust and galled old threads accurately and with relative ease. They were just as good on the last holes as the first.Great value, highly recommend.

1 tap is hardened, other 1 is cheaper as it will rust within a couple days. Works as expected. Keep coated with light grease.

Brought these tools to clean out threads and on jigs used with Resin and Carbon fiber, worked very well, well enough to save the jigs we have and not have to purchase replacements. I needed to chase some damaged threads in a area with very limited access. This 10mm x 1.5 tap is 2.31” long x .315” in diameter which is considerably smaller than a couple other taps I tried. This tap was able to get into the space I had and let me get the job done. I’m so thankful for finding this tap.

Only tge femal tap was not tge same size as tge kit I am using, but otherwise was very fast at cleaning tge threads on my friends tire studs.
