Tips

I only needed one but comes in 2 pack. Its good for the money to chase out threads. Im not sure about cutting new threads in anything.

Was pleased with the product. Not too keen on the packaging. The taps were staggered with the thread cutting sides opposite from one another. They could have been wrapped better. Price was good. Cannot speak to the longevity of the product. Tapped in Delrin.

Like the title says, don't cheap out. I was in a pinch and needed something quick. Fell into the trap of thinking cheap would be OK for a one time use. It was not.The leading threads on the tap rounded over before I could finish chasing the job. (I was only using this to chase existing threads, not even tapping a new hole).Found a used tap in the same size/thread pitch from a quality name brand on ebay. Waited a week for shipping and was able to complete the job in a matter of minutes. These ones will be headed to the scrap bin.
