This matches the description and works as described. It is a bit nerve racking to use, but that is due to what you are trying to do and not ink/cards which are great.Worth the money to avoid the wait getting the blanks from the government source.

If you are applying for a firearm license, conceal carry or any number of other government background check items you will need these. This set is perfect in that you get 6 good cards and an ink pad plus a card to practice on. Not much else to say about it.
