I purchased a similar steamer at my local Walmart because I failed to purchase this one in time for Prime shipping before boarding the plane to Florida. I had two trips coming up, one on top of the other, so this steamer was going to get me through it all - it did not. It stopped working within the first few times I used it. I quickly had this one shipped Prime to my home to pick up before boarding another plane for trip number two. I got it out of the box and tried it out before slipping into my suitcase (not a hard task, this steamer is very small and effective!). It worked immaculately! My trip to Texas had all of my travel-mates jealous of the little steamer. Wrinkles were gone in both business attire and casual clothing, and the steam output tops anything the Walmart steamer ever did. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a small steamer for travel, or a quick use one at home. Since I've returned from my trips this summer, I've used it for a quick steam in the morning, or steaming my clothes for the week and making sure they're wrinkle free. Excellent little product, will probably purchase a couple more just to have around!

The product was shipped and arrived as specified. My wife borrowed our daughter's and it work great. I ordered a new one and we haven't had a chance to try the new one we received. If it works like our daughter's, that would be fantastic. Thank you in advance!

I have used this little machine for a couple of months. It's great to travel with, small, lightweight. However, I also used it to de-wrinkle blackout curtains. It does a great job even on heavy weight fabric. BUT it will overheat if you refill it to keep working more than once. So you can use it, refill it and continue, but if you try to fill it a 2nd time, it overheats and boiling water comes spewing out, burning your hand and getting all over the floor. I learned (through trial and error) that it is only a little machine and it will overheat the water. So it has its limitations. I let it cool down completely after two rounds of steaming. I think that's fair.

Growing up my mom loved to iron. I did not inherit that love. But I do like to look pressed and put together. And the Magictec steamer does the job! It's pretty idiot-proof, but for those of us new to steamers, here are some general steamer safety tips: make sure that the top is screwed on correctly (there are little notches to line up and then a simple twist and it's secure). Again, for newbies, be very careful where the nozzle is pointing in relation to your fingers as it heats up fast! and steam burns are a real thing. (be aware of other items that could also be in the blast zone- my bathroom mirror fogs where the steam hits it, so don't use near wallpaper, or unframed prints, etc.) But this is also good as it gets out stubborn wrinkles from clothes. And be careful as you hold your garment as duh, steam travels upward, so don't do it while distracted not aware of where the stream of steam is, lest your fingers bear the brunt of your (my) carelessness. It's small and relatively lightweight. I'm traveling out of state soon for a wedding and bringing a long dress that won't survive the trip even remotely wrinkle resistant, so this will be great for smoothing out my outfit when I need it! The reservoir doesn't hold a lot of water, but it's enough for 1-2 shirts, a long dress or a pair of pants, which is all I need it for. Great first-time steamer.

The steamer is small which is good and bad. It would be great for travel, but I’d prefer something larger for everyday use. I got through about 3 shirts before the water ran out.Pros:- compact for travel/ packable- works okay (better on cotton fabric) - see left side of pink shirt picture versus black shirt photo- cord is decent lengthCons:- it’s VERY difficult to see how much water is left due to the black “windowâ€, which makes it more difficult to use and is annoying to fill- overall smaller than I’d prefer- didn’t work on one of the three shirts I tested (see black long sleeve photo)- a random rubber band fell out when unpacking and I can’t determine where it goesOverall disappointed and will likely return. It works, but it’s not amazing.

Overall this product did what it's supposed to. This hand held steamer is surprisingly smaller than I thought. It's roughly 7 inches in height, so think of it as the size of an average adult hand and the water tank holds around 1/2 a cup of water. It helped steam and de-wrinkle material that was otherwise wrinkled. The steamer heated up really quickly. The amount of water I put in lasted me probably less than 10 minutes so I had to keep refilling the water. I like how there's an on/off switch so once the water evaporated quickly into steam I was able to shut off. One thing I wish this steamer had was some brush or bristles where the steam comes out. For some reason as I was steaming, a lot of dust started to collect at the steam area and then would clump onto the fabric I am steaming. Last note, when the water is about to run out, the steamer will start spouting droplets of water out and semi-soak whatever you're steaming. I still give this product 5 stars because it does what it is supposed to do, and it's a reasonable price as a product.

Purchased this a few years ago and never used it until recently. What a mistake. This is basically a plastic cup with a hotplate on the bottom to heat the water. Yes, you do get steam, but not very much. I mistakenly thought there would be blasts of steam, and that is not the case. Just a little coming out at the water bubbles below the opening. If you fill it even slightly over the Max line, it bubbles and sputters hot water all over the place. The same thing happens when it gets down to its last 1-2 ounces of water. The fabric I was trying to steam was wetter when I was done than when I started.

This one is my favorite, It is very handy, in midsize and it is quick in removing wrinkles, specially in satin clothes, bed skirt which are very delicate. They are worth having!

The mouth is so small and it takes forever to steam a simple garnet! What a waste purchasing this and I can't bother returning because I will have to pay for POSTAGE so its not worth it for me. Return policy is HORRIBLE.

I had very high hopes for this steamer before purchasing it. I did a lot of research and sadly I turned out to be disappointed either way. Unfortunately, by the time that I actually used it , it was too late for me to return it. It doesn’t work at all for adult clothing so I have been using it on my infants clothes as of course those clothes are much smaller…I wouldn’t recommend I personally think that it was a waste of money since I didn’t wanna throw it out, I might as well find other means of use for it.
