The electrical plug does not fit American outlet. It does fit but very tight. Will not be returning it.

It will work great on my tractor,I like the short handle on the unit.The magnet part seems very strong.

This product does not work at all. The cord cracked in several places, in the cold and then stopped working all together. The cord is not insulated, and for a product meant to be outside and heat cold engines, it does not do the job.

A block heater for my little van was listed at $145 plus install. So instead of giving away a couple of hundred dollars and sitting about in a drafty garage, I bought this magnet heater and placed it on the side of the engine covering everything with an old thick blanket. I have it on a timer to run from about 4am to 8am along with a trickle charger on the battery. Works 100% and when the temp dropped to -25, after starting, the heater in the van was melting ice off the windshield within 10 minutes.
