This is a great compact size rowing machine that you can put in your office and practice as you may like, depending upon your time and schedule very easy to assemble and put on take approximately 30 minutes to set it up alone once you set it up it’s very easy and straightforward to use. Machines are very good exercise machines for people who work a lot by sitting, as these help, you do good exercise in limited space with approximately 80% of your muscle movement very good for your back and with range of tension control it’s definitely a good quality brewing machine. You can measure the distance galleries time RPM on this machine and there is a spot to put on your mobile phone or a tablet to watch something as you are doing exercise so you can watch your favorite show while burning calories it also has a standing up and dragging system with the two wheels right next to the rowing wheel that helps you drag it along the floor with ease and without breaking your back so I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a compact machine for their office or home gym

This set up arrived on time and was easy to assemble. We were able to set it up and use it on the same day.Easily adjustable tension and smooth glide with seat. Overall it came together in probably 20-25 min by myself. It feels fairly sturdy and well put together. The fitment of all screws and bolts was also excellent as the holes all lined up perfectly.It is a good solid lightweight machine and does the job.This thing is quiet, You could easily use this next to a room where someone is sleeping and never disturb them.I was pleasantly surprised by how much tension it generates. The EVA handle is very ergonomic, sweat-absorbent. The seat is better than some high-end models I've used at gyms. The pull was lighter than expected but after a few minutes on it and you soon learn the pull is fineOverall I'm very pleased with this purchase. Considering the price and function, I would absolutely recommend this product.

As I mentioned in the title I like the comfortable design of the rower, seat is well padded and handle has a good grip. I can row for longer sessions without discomfort. The rowing machine is well built it gives steadiness during vigorous sessions. The resistance setting offers a wide range of difficulty levels, perfect for beginners or advanced rowers looking for an intense workout. Machine operates smoothly I can watch TV or listen the music while I workout without distraction. I always like rowing machines it gives full body workout and fits in small spaces as I shown in the picture it won’t need much space.The only concern I have is the foot straps can be a bit fiddly to adjust mid workout but once they are set they hold firm. Also it took bit longer time to deliver, was bit disappointed on it because I was eagerly waiting for it to add my home gym. It will be a great fit for those who are looking for a low impact yet effective cardio workout !!

Assembling was going great until it came to attaching rear support frame to seat slide tube.The hexagon socket head screws have something (paint) blue on the threads. Is it there for a reason because the screws won’t go in.Will update review as soon as I figure this out & am able to actually use it.

This rowing machine is compact and lightweight enough to set up on my 2nd floor apartment small without disrupting anyone around me or it taking up to much space. It is easy to assemble and disassemble to move around. It has a small phone holder tray to put your phone so you can watch something while working out. Overall great buy to get a full body workout.

I have been wanting a rowing machine for a while but didn’t think I had the space. Then found this one. It stands up easily for storage and is incredibly easy to move around! It was also relatively easy to assemble. The packaging was awesome; nothing was ever going to move around or get damaged. After one use, I knew this was going to be the start of a beautiful relationship - it is quiet, comfortable, and packs a punch with resistance. If you’re looking for a quality rower without breaking the bank, this is the rower for you.
