I have had this mailbox for almost 3 years now in Wisconsin when the summers get to 100° F and the winters get to -20° F. The box still looks brand new. It is extremely sturdy. Easy instalation. Keys work great. I lost my keys and had to order a new one and needed it very quickly. I called and customer service went out of their way to overnight it for me when it wasn't an option on the order form.Amazing product. Great company.Advice: register your product right away and right down the key number on the registration card. Without that info, you won't be able to order new keys.

I bought this after my W2 arrived in the mail ripped open on one side (my morning mail scan from USPS showed it intact, so I know it happened between the post office and my arrival at home). I couldn’t prove if it was the mail carrier or some stranger who walked up to my mailbox, so I bought this to ensure that strangers won’t be able to access my mail. Now I know that if anyone tampers with my mail, it will have been at the USPS level. It comes with two specialized keys that have replacement codes if needed. I drilled it into the exterior wall of my house and assembly was super easy. Best of all, it has tons of room inside for large envelopes and magazines. We left town for a week and I forgot to hold my mail. Came back and found that the entire week’s mail fit safely inside with room to spare.

This mailbox is good quality and looks nice too. I wasn’t a fan of the little red indicator flag didn’t really work that well so I didn’t even install it how to do some modifications because the bracket in the back pushes the mailbox away from the wall about a half inch, so I ended up cutting it off for a flush Mounting install , before I bought it, I watched a couple videos of somebody else that bought it and they did the same thing so I was aware of what I had to do before I bought it overall it’s a pretty decent mailbox.

High quality and heavy. Good quality keys and lock as well. Much nicer than other readily available mailboxes I considered. Large. Would have no problem holding several days or a week's worth of mail for what I think a typical household gets.

Solid, well built. True security and it holds a lot of mail. Has a nice way to put your outgoing mail and it keeps mail dry from the elements. This is not a tin or thin metal box!Since using it I can add that it holds at least 6 days of mail which included the normal amount of junk mail and have had three magazines as well and still there was room for more mail.

FIRST THE GOOD THINGS:1. Well constructed with thick metal body2. Nice paint3. Comes with mounting hardware for use on a wall or post4. Comes with address number stickers5. Comes with 3 keys (Other brands only give 2)6. Uses a dimple style keyTHE BAD THINGS:1. Uses loose magnets to keep the drop down door closed. If the magnets disappear for some reason, the door will hang wide open. (They should have secured the magnets with glue or came up with a method to keep the door closed that doesn't rely on magnets, or at least included an extra pair. Big weakness)2. I have a big man's hand, I was able to reach through the hole and pull out larger envelope mail. A kids hand could easily reach inside and grab mail lower down.3. When retrieving mail through the locked door, the door is attached with a piano hinge and that allows the door to fall wide open. You'll need to keep a hand on the door to prevent that from happening so the mail doesn't fall on the ground. (They should of added a small chain or method to prevent it from falling open)4. The keys go in easily, but the lock can be finicky. Takes a bit to get it open.FINAL THOUGHTS:1. Do not use this mailbox for others to leave you rent checks or valuables.2. If you're going to keep it, then consider using some strong glue to help lock the magnets in place, so no one steals them or removes them.3. Structure wise this should last you a very long time. Its thick metal and designed well.4. Installation for this mailbox was created smart, so that you should be able to install it alone.5. It's heavy, so make sure if your mounting it to the side of your property to locate and mount it to a stud.6. Because of the kind of key being used, it's highly unlike that a replacement will be available, so if you are buying this for renters, make sure to only give one of the three keys, that way you have a key, and a backup key.7. The box say's "High Security", but if my big man hands can reach in and take mail, it's "more secure" than the current mailbox that has no lock.8. I think this mailbox is more of a visual deterrent. If you bought this because your mail has been getting stolen, then you might also want to add a camera to watch your mailbox.

I love it! My contractor hung it in about 10 minutes, having the right tools always helps. It is dry and holds larger items so i am very happy about that, magazines etc. I strongly say buy it, one time purchase good money for the product.

We recently had some thefts, and decided to secure our mailbox. Want something sturdy, secure, somewhat modern and large enough to handle magazine sized. This is the boss! Heavy gauge, powder coated steel with quality construction. Non sharp edges, confident hinges. Solid magnet for closure and comes with helpful mounting bracket and long screws. Relatively simple to install, if you have a drill/impact driver and a level. As we have Hardy siding, need a concrete bit for the holes. Good if you can screw to a stud. I added a couple of silicone pads to the locked door to dampen the clang on closure. Otherwise, solid feeling and secure. Easy for several days of mail, large envelopes and magazines to be deposited. If larger items are put in horizontally (sideways), there is enough room to make it essentially impossible to stick one's hand in from the unsecured slot. That slot is about 2-½" high, but you cannot flex your hand around beyond just sticking it in. Wish it had a bracket underneath for newspapers and such....may rig one up. Expensive, but then so is identify theft if someone steals your mail. Oh, also wish there was a wire or arm that holds the secured door when opened to 90 degrees, instead of dropping it down to 180 degrees. Would buy again. Very quick and efficient delivery, without damage.

I bought this “Used†one at half of the price. The mailbox came in fine. One issue, the key was bent and broke in the key cylinder. I managed to fish the key out with fishing wire. It took me sometime and effort to remove the broken key. Other than that, the mailbox is heavy, sturdy. The slot is wife and tall enough for mails, probably a small parcel in envelope.

Good, sturdy mailbox. However, if people are stealing mail from your mailbox, you have to get someone to add a piece of metal under the top. This makes the opening smaller. See photo. It cost an extra $157.00 (Canadian dollars) for this addition.
