I have used it on about 20 calendars that I made. I found that all the bindings I did along the 11-inch side turned out well. However, the bindings along the short 8.5-inch side were not always straight. By the time I completed the 15th calendar, I had perfected the crimping of the spiral ends.

Why did I wait so long to buy this?! I am obsessed with my binding machine!!!! I probably should have bought the one that doesn't have the little electric part on top because I have never bothered to use it.I adjusted the margin for my booklets a little, and I am happier with that. I had to adjust the top and bottom margin a bit with the paper guide (this will make more sense if you actually have the machine in front of you). Initially, my papers and covers had a half hole at the bottom. Adjusting this fixed the issue.The only other issue I've had is that I bought some thick, leather-looking plastic covers. The first several books I made with them, I had trouble getting the bottom five or six holes to punch completely--even punching one cover at a time. Since then, I have accidentally positioned my hands on the handle differently, and everything punched fine!!! Like. . . I punched all the rest of the pack of 50 when I was having a good day because I'd had so much trouble in the past. No problems. The trick is to put more weight on the left-hand side of the handle.

The gears broke and I could not complete the planners for my students. It worked for the first 100 planners, but a gear broke and no longer works. I am very disappointed because now the planners are not done and I cannot return the machine due to it being past the 30-day mark. I also cannot contact anyone but an AI bot, and nothing is intelligent about that.

machine does not cut 15 pages. 5 at the most will fit under cutting slot at the most Otherwise works fine
