These are excellent replacement swivels for connecting pool sweep hoses at a good price. Over time, the natural chemicals in your pool will wear down these "joints" and they will all develop leaks. The leaks are not big, but you don't typically notice them because the hose is almost completely submerged. With this package of three, you can typically replace all joints in your 280, giving you the maximum pressure to drive your pool sweep. These seem durable and will easily rotate to keep your water line from tangling up on itself.

I had some leaky swivels. Im not sure when I last replaced them. More than a couple of years I’m sure. I’ll be watching these closely and see how well they last. They seem like they are well made, swivel smoothly, and they don’t leak.

Bought these at the beginning of the season due to one of the originals not turning like it should, causing the hose to kink. Swapped that one out and added an additional swivel and no more kinked hose. About 9 months later and they are still working just like the originals did before the one seized up.

After about 3 years the original swivels that came with the Polaris started leaking. Replaced with these and no leaks. Hope they last a while as well - time will tell!

I bought these thinking I could use them with my pool vacuum but they are way too small.
