So far this pool vacuum is doing a great job. Runs whenever the pool pump is on, cleans the bottom very well. My pool guy loves it!

I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. According to the manufacturer (Pentair), this is a DISPLAY HEAD and not meant to be used in the pool as it's not completely set up (parts-wise) inside for actual use! I talked to their tech support on multiple occasions because the Amazon Seller: AQUATECH POOLS AND SPA INC. kept telling me that the Tech Support at Pentair was wrong. Well, Pentair has registered dealers that are the only ones allowed to sell their products and according to them this seller should not be selling their products. Please be weary when ordering these products online. We quickly realized after putting this in the pool that it didn't work. Amazon was not helpful as they directed all of our communication to the seller. It's too bad...

Arrived in short order and worked perfectly as soon as I hooked it up! Also the best price I could find at the time online. I was replacing the same model after 3 years in service (Arizona summers, 10k gallon pool). Make sure to do a little research first though, as there are videos of possible fixes. I attempted to replace some typical wear and tear parts based on some video research (https://amzn.to/3WY2faK), but this did not fix mine, as there was damage to one of the drive gears. So these parts didn't resolve the issue for me. But definitely try these first if you find your Rebel only going one direction or just spinning!https://amzn.to/3WY2faK

This works great in my pool. at first it takes a bit to get the hose attachments correct for the size of the pool. It kept winding itself up in knots and we couldn't figure out what to do with those. After I read the notes in the book I realized it needed a short leader hose on the vacuum to make the hoses twirl correctly. this Hose should be included in the box with the vacuum. I had to go to 3 different pool stores to find one.

Keeping the pool clean so far. If you have the hose already its a good deal the only thing is I had to buy a float for the hose.

I had the same model that I purchased a couple of years ago that I needed to replace the one I bought years ago cost me $500 and this one cost me $200. It’s a bargain and it’s the same exact model as the one that I paid $500 for
