As an engineer, I have say the app is super well done, from setup to baby monitoring. Setup was really quick, and the video quality is super clear, even at night.The notifications for wake up, sleep, and crying are amazing, and they work really well. Breathing monitor is a nice peace of mind feature. Some advanced features need a subscription, but the price seems worth it, especially comparing to Nanit or Owlet.Customer support was helpful too... overall, highly recommend!

Easy to set up and worked great until it didn’t. I received the monitor on Sep 19th and last night, the video abruptly stopped working and is completely dead now. I actually loved it but do not waste your money for 2 months of use.

The stand that comes with the camera is easy to instal. The camera is good quality. Sound quality is good quality. The app is designed well. I got a free trial for subscription and breathing rate and sleep analysis seems to work very well.

This monitor is easy to set up and will do all the basic things like two way com, video, audio. But if you want to use the more advanced features such as breathing, crying and analytics, you have to pay extra with a subscription :( To me, this is a big turn off. I just want a monitor that will do all the things without paying "extra." The owlet 2 for example will do all of these things for free (expect the breathing analytics). I'd love to know the diff between my dog barking and the baby crying not just "sound alert" and I shouldn't have to pay extra for this imo.The item comes with a stand and there is a qr code to set everything up using the app.

I loved the features of the camera, the fact that it can alert you when baby wakes up, the use of AI, etc. After receiving the camera and setting up the app, I was highly disappointed to learn that it does nothing at all without the purchase of a $100 subscription. The app sometimes doesn’t work at all and is over all not user friendly. It’s a basic camera with a stand, nothing more.

Product arrived on time. First I was shocked to see the big box but then realized it has a stand as well. Very thoughtful of the company tbh. The camera is so cute and fits in your palm.Setting up the camera was a breeze using the Instababy app. The app is very well done. Amazingly simple UI and very intuitive to use.The monitoring features are great and just what parents with young kids need for their peace of mind. This actually could be a great gift for baby showers :) So far I am super happy with the purchase. I hope the camera keeps up to the expectations.

This camera is fine, and it does provide a clear shot of a crib. If you want to use it for an elderly person, the lens is so small that you will not see the whole bed or the whole room, just half of the bed.The set up on this camera is surprisingly easy. We had it all put together and connected to the Internet within 15 minutes.What we seriously dislike are the constant offers and nudges to try to push you to pay for the AI-enabled services, like monitoring the baby's breathing. We just reread the product description, and at present, nothing states that there are additional fees or subscriptions. We don't even want the extra things, but the advertising should be clear about what the price does and does not include. The current price point on this product is not especially low. It seems to us that you can find a better value with fewer intrusive sales pitches from other companies. Or just use regular home security cameras that you happen to place in a baby's room.
