EASILY ADJUSTABLE
How to Adjust Your Harness to Achieve the Correct Fit
- Hold the harness by the back D-Ring and shake it out, then unfasten any straps.
- Put the shoulder straps on and make sure the D-Ring stays centered on your back.
- Put the leg straps on and attach those straps snugly into the connectors.
- Connect the chest strap, keeping it around 6 to 8 inches below your throat

SIDE D-RINGS

I ordered the x-small and got one that said small-medium. It was easily adjustable to fit my 5'1", 115lb frame. Great quality. Havent used it yet, but feel it will give me the confidence to paint the high gables on my house.

I'm a big guy and those little home depot harness dont fit I'm over 6 ft and 300lb and there is plenty of room and is not too bad to wear

Very nice heavy duty but not bulky. Could easily wear tool belt also. Very good for the price.

There is nothing wrong with the harness accept that it has heavy sharp steel hardware that punctured the ridiculous little silica bead pack,emptying all of the beads onto my floor to slip on. After over an hour of clean up, I was able to inspect the harness. Someone in packing should look at all of the available products to keep this harness dry.
