So becuz of the reviews I waited a few days b4 I left a review...it still works great! 😤 I think they have worked out all the kinks. My battery cap stays on. I'm retired so I grind "things" (I live in Tx. cannabis is still illegal) every day ALL day! My nite time meds are STICKY. Still NP. 😯🤩. I think the problem people are having with it being too small is that they didn't read that it only holds .05. They have ones that hold more, buy direct frm the company 2 get them. Unfortunately as of now..they are sold out of the larger ones. This is great for cigarettes and small to medium bowls. Too small if u use cigars, wraps ect.. I also have arthritis and have SO many grinders that I thought would be easy 4 me..but they were NOT. They work for 2 or 3 days and then its difficult..until now that is! No pain at all. Easy 2 use. Also if u don't leave excess things in it, by using the tools provided, it works great EVERY time! I wasn't mad at the price either! I've spent 25 on manual grinders! So.. yes. Also a good price.

Make sure that when you’re cleaning your grinder with the top off and the sharp pegs showing that you don’t put your hand by the up-and-down switch because those little plastic ledges in there can be very sharp. I do not see an on and off switch so maybe clean your grinder when it Has no charge. Other than that, it works great use a small small amount at a time. Be patient and enjoy.

Took it out of the box , plugged it in for overnight. Excited to use the next morning. It won’t even turn on. It’s crap. Crap for sale.

After almost exactly one year of routine daily use the device broke. The clear plastic funnel that the herb pours through to the bowl had come off. With no way to fasten the piece back on (there is no groove for it to sit in) the grinder has become useless. This does not irritate me though as I am satisfied with how much work I put it through. I find that it doesn't save much time compared to a manual grinder though I love how it helps pack the bowl for me. The grinder also often receives positive comments from those that haven't seen it before. I've even gifted one before because the person was impressed with what they saw.Does it need improvement? Yes. The top should never have come off. However the batteries last a good while. Cleaning is instant and simple with salt and alcohol though the part where the herb sits may need a little extra time with Q-tips. And most importantly the grinder is efficient in crushing herb down to a dust compared to manual grinders.I'm ordering my replacement now.

The grinder works fine but I got it to ease the tendonitis on my hand and it's really hard to pull the top off without hurting myself. there's no release button.

Let me start by saying I've been using electric grinders for years because I'm lazy and have the frequent need to grind fresh California herb. Most of the grinders I have used over the past few years have one of 2 major flaws (many have both).Problem 1: Other grinders usually have super low torque motors which means your denser herbs tend to get stuck in the blades and you spend a lot of time, starting the grinding process, watching your herbs get stuck which stops the blades from spinning then having to open the grinder to clean it, all the while spilling herb power everywhere.Problem 2: Other grinders, once the motor gets to spinning, have a tendency to turn your herb into a fine powder, which i guess would be fine for some herbs but not the ones I'm smo... grinding*. Hand grinders always seem to give a better more consistent result but like i said i'm lazy.In comes this beauty I welcomed in to my life. The Mamba combines the best of both worlds, a high torque motor that doesn't get stuck and will grind through just about anything you throw at it and a manual style grinder (teeth inside a cylinder that spins to grind the herb). Add to this a reverse button so you literally never get herb stuck inside it mid-grind and you have the perfect grinder. Your herb comes out quickly and cleanly in a nice little pile that isn't full of large chunks or a fine powder, just the way I like it.

I have used this grinder enough to say I really don’t have a problem with it. It could be stronger but it’s strong enough. It don’t hold a whole lot but it holds enough. It’s rechargeable so it don’t eat batteries. Seems like it’s built to last a while. If mine breaks I’ll get another one just like it. Also, the constancy of the flower after grinding is perfect for my use.

The model that uses a plastic grinder is garbage, every time I use the electric grinder it loses a grinding tooth as shown in the photo above. Not worth the money whatsoever.

I threw out this product! The company should be ashamed for making products for the landfill.This thing under powered I am unable to grind a joint worth of herb. For 15 bucks just buy a hand grinder or a cheap coffee grinder and avoid this at all cost.Not worth it, I suspect all their other models are awful if they are willing to sell this POS. Ideally this would be de-listed from amazon.
