The bottom rubber edge works well with sidewalks, doesn't hit/get stuck and pushes smoothly onward.Width is nice, wide enough but not too wide for a fairly wide sidewalk (by the way be sure to measure your sidewalk prior to ordering!). I'm using the 42 inch for a 48 inch sidewalk, which works well.Assembly isn't ideal but not bad, just takes a little time and finesse to put the nuts on. Doesn't take long and instructions are very clear.It's much heavier than the models without the rubber on the bottom but I think it's worth the extra weight - as it works well.Very happy with the purchase.The only downside with these snow pushers is that you need a different shovel to work with them, at least my methodology is to push the snow into a larger pile and then use a different shovel to actually lift the snow and throw it out of the way. But the process is sped up with this Manplow as you can push it a long way - depending upon the amount of snow that you are dealing with of course! Works excellent for up to a few inches or so I'd say.

I was a little hesitant to purchase due to the price, but my back and shoulders are incredibly happy that I did. Plus it's much cheaper and more reliable than a snow blower. With good good technique and a strategy you can effortlessly clear sidewlaks, walkways, and driveways. I am super happy with the product. They have a customer for life!I purchased the Pro 42"

Just busted this out of the shed for the first snow of the year, and as this is the third winter of use, figured I should finally write a review.I'm a large man, and this saves me so much time on shoveling. It obviously gets a bit heavy, so the Manplow Handle Grab bar (https://a.co/d/8Glp5tI) is helpful for lifting and tossing the snow. Works best for me when it's no more than a couple of inches, but is still really helpful pushing large amounts of dense snow to the side.As I mentioned above this is our third winter using it, and it has been durable and comfortable to use. Due to its size and the weight of snow it moves, probably not ideal for everyone, but if you can handle pushing and lifting a lot of snow at a time, this gets my highest recommendation.

I absolutely love this ManPlow! I ordered the 42†for my three car garage driveway. In the past, I have relied on paying others to snowplow my driveway. However, this year the price for plowing went up to $50 for a 10 minute job and residential areas are no longer a priority. So, being a retired Montana female with arthritis I decided to get a ManPlow. It is the best purchase I have ever made. It works just like shown. All it takes is walking back and forth across your driveway, easily pushing the snow to each side of the driveway, scooting back, turning around and going across again! The square handle is nice for holding onto for stability as well. There is no need to lift the ManPlow to turn around or to throw the snow. The job is quick and I was quite proud that I could do it myself and not rely on others. I really love it and have just bought a 32†for my backyard patio. I will even use it to make paths in the yard for my dogs. I showed it to my neighbors and they tried it on their driveway. Being elderly as well, they have purchased two different sizes of ManPlows. We are all quite giddy to have this ease with shoveling! It is the first time I can’t wait until it snows! Great investment as it has already saved me money by not paying others.

Would recommend adding the grab bar and curved handle end for much better leverage on the throw. Great construction and a good cause.

Hate the name, but this snow pusher can definitely speed up snow removal. I use this in conjunction with a snow scoop and grain shovel. It is great for moving snow to one side of the drive, but you may need some other tool to move that pile of snow elsewhere, especially if you have a drive with no side areas to push snow to. The plastic edge is not holding up that well. It scraped down to pavement when new, but not as well after a few uses.

I bought this a while ago but we havent had enough snow to shovel (which is odd for this area) until the other day. Had 3 to 4in of light to medium weight snow. Got right down to pavement even under the layer of ice thats been there for 4 days. It will struggle with packed down snow from tire tracks (I dont mind, it melted a few hours later anyway).I was able to push the snowplow pile at the end of my driveway fairly easy, just uneven transition was the worst (no fault of the manplow). Its what I need for my 50x40ft driveway.Only con I can say about this is its a bit awkward to carry or to pick up. But again, non issue since youre mostly pushing with it.My driveway takes me 45 mins to 1hr (depending on weight and depth of snow). I was done in less than 20 mins. Not that it matters, but I did this after a 12 hr shift plus grocery shopping. So I was glad it cut my shoveling time in half.This will give you a great upper body workout and cut your shoveling time in half. Sounds like a win win to me.
