Order a size bigger. I have a 32 abdomen, so purchased a small. Belt did not fit snuggly around my abdomen, adjustment did not help. Adjustment strap was on my skin (7inches worth). Believe the bulk of the belt must fit around fully. Will be reordering a large to be safe. Good quality though.

Love this belt, but. I didn't think I needed a belt that secured closed until i got this one. It's way better than my other belt. The straps are fine for me but I never go above 36kg (79lb) so I can't say if this world work if you go beat mode.

Size definitely runs small.I am a legitimate Personal Trainer. In my professional opinion; I would not trust this belt in place of a real weight lifting belt. However it does make a fine weighted dip/pull up belt. Strap could be about 4-6" longer so 45lb/20kg plates aren't riding your giggle berries.

I ordered a small and it seems small on me. The inner belt is about 4-5 inches apart and the outer belt doesn't cover the velcro when tight as possible. This put the hooks for the dip strap really far back on my hips. In one way this is putting the pressure more centrally on my body which I do like but because the thick support part of the belt isnรขโฌโขt covering my stomach, only the thin belt the buckle is on, I donรขโฌโขt have the stomach support to use this belt for weight lifting. I wish I would've sized up. And for size reference the smallest part of my waist is 30 inches. I comfortably wear Small unisex t-shirts. So I ordered the correct size.Again, because of it being too small, I don't feel like I have the stomach support I need for weightlifting but I do like the hooks for the dip strap being on my hips. I just really wish the longer thick part of the belt covered my stomach.
