This is great for the price. It’s not as thick as other belts but it’s fairly comfortable as long as you don’t load up too much weight. It’s held up so far. I would highly recommend

Very heavy duty belt, decent chain, and light-weight clip. I started doing dips in my power rack and after a few workouts was ready to move to the weighted belt. I used a 10 lb plate for my first one. The chain goes from one side through the loop on the other side, then through the plate hole and back up to the original loop. Other than the clip feeling light weight, the belt is very strong and very comfortable. It is almost unnoticeable hanging on my hips (I have a 31-32" waist for reference). I'm not sure about hanging more than 25 lb plates, though, especially since the chain seems quite short for the larger plates. Most likely I will have to stack multiple smaller plates. No problems recommending this to anyone.

The belt works well overall. However my one complaint is that it doesn't latch around your waist without weight applied to the chain, making the belt slide out of position when by itself. Otherwise the chain is a good length and keeps the weight between my knees when working out.

This dip belt is not unnecessarily over designed. It is comfortable, easy to string up, strong, and comes at a great price.

It seems to be a good product but the chain has smaller than normal (or what you would expect) links on it. It is pretty comfortable though and works for me but you would want to put a larger diameter chain and larger (and thicker) D ring or Crampon on it if you get into some heavier weights.

I bought this to use for weighted pullups and it worked fantasticallyAdmittedly, I only used up to 55 lbs so far but it feels sturdy and durable. As well, it's comfortable how it sits on my body when loaded and the chain is easy to manage. It's relatively lightweight

Un cinturón muy útil para adicionar peso a ejercicios de calistenia y de ésta forma ganar más fuerza y/o hipertrofia. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque hubiese preferido que la cadena se retire por completo del cinturón pero está fija de un extremo.
