This thing was cute and had a lot of options, but you could only print one before you had to force close the app. Turn the LabelMaker off and then redo your whole label again multiple times just to get another print. I returned this because of that it just wouldn’t print back to back. It was a pain in the butt and with how many times I had to force close the app and reconnect. It wasn’t worth my time. I would not buy this again.

Nice little handheld thermal printer. It's easy to use .... I gave it 4 stars because I expected more with the loaded images. Most are not user oriented.....very basic. Example...under the heading of "thank you " there are several options as well as happy Valentine's Day, happy thanksgiving but none for the more used holidays like Christmas , Easter, Halloween , 4th of July, etc. The same with the food images, basic and not too useful.It would be great if they updated their images with more of the American culture in mind.

It’s pretty good once you get used to us but it does get jammed. It prints slowly. The battery last long. It’s not too big. Only printed black and white.

If you are looking for a high quality label maker with lots of options this one is not for you. It does print at a good pace, it has pretty good options for font. The images are pretty generic. It is hard to sort of go back to edit or move letters or images at times. The option to take pictures and print is kinda cool except you have to edit the pictures before the download because you cannot adjust the size on the label maker app. Overall I'm pretty happy with it for what it does. Also got the product in a timely manner and in perfect condition.

I have thought about getting a label maker machine for a while.
