Before I finally landed on this chair I read about a million articles with buying advice for ergonomic desk chairs, looked for second hand expensive chairs, read so many Amazon reviews. Obviously you can spend a whole lot of money on an ergonomic desk chair (even used ones), but I really didn't want to.I just bought this today, so the jury is out on long term wear, ,but I can say that the components feel solid, assembly was easy, it is *very* comfortable so far, and -- even more to the point -- VERY adjustable in so many different ways that physical therapists etc recommended in the articles I read. I am 5 foot 5; in order to put the chair at the right ergonomic height for my particular desk and keyboard, I need a footrest so my feet aren't dangling. But that would be the case with any chair in my setup. The headrest is great, the arms are soft and comfortable, the back support piece is perfect, and everything can be adjusted as you sit in it. Rollers are quiet and stable on laminate floor.The box was a good size and heavy enough (~32 lbs) to be awkward for an unfit middle aged lady to wrangle down apartment steps; however, the Amazon driver brought it straight to my door. The chair was carefully packed. Whoever wrote the assembly instructions (which are in English and Spanish) for this chair is some kind of technical writing genius -- I have never seen clearer or more easy-to-follow instructions. From slicing open the tape on the box to finished chair was 45 minutes for me. All you need for assembly is included -- also fabric gloves (for protecting your manicure? I guess?) and extra bolts and washers.Super buy. If I'd known I could get such an affordable and massive upgrade from my previous garbage chair I would have done it long ago. Great value for the money. I rarely write reviews but all the reviews I read helped me make a great decision, so here ya go.

Chair was easy to assemble and looks good with my set up. It is comfortable, but the thin cushion makes it hard to sit for extended periods of time, especially if you have back problems. The chair moves with ease, the rollers don’t seem to get hung up. The recline is nice and doesn’t make you feel like you’re falling. Chair also rocks which is good for stretching your back or if you’re a constant mover. The arm rests are a bit annoying as far as moving when you don’t want them to, but I do appreciate they aren’t just stuck in place. Overall good functionality and not a bad purchase for the price. Makes a nice seat for your cat whenever you get up. I give an 8/10. Cats give it a 10/10.

Very impressed with this chair, especially at this price range. Some of the best instructions I've seen. All hardware sealed together by the step needed in. The Allen wrench that came with it has a plastic T handle and is one you'll throw in your toolbox not the junk drawer. I'm 6'3" 235lbs This chair is extremely comfortable and the lumbar support has enough adjustment that it's actually useful to me which isn't the norm. It seems very sturdy while using it and it looks very nice to boot. But it's going in my paint booth so it won't be pretty for long. But it's very comfortable for long painting session. I'd buy this chair again from what I've seen so far. Now we'll see how she holds up in the long run.

With my spine problems I need neck and back support. This chair provides both and they're both adjustable for the height and amount of lumbar support needed. The adjustable armrests are great for being able to change positions constantly, as I cannot sit in one position for more than a few minutes at a time. The seat cushion is very comfortable, and wide enough I can sit criss cross apple sauce and not be squished. Great chair for a long work day at a great price! Also, very easy to assemble

Today's day one and so far, it's just nice to have a seat again. Instructions were easy to follow and I don't think you really need two people to put it together. Keep the box intact until you're done as it comes in handy just leaning things against while you assemble. Seems to roll on the hard floor easily and the cushion is comfy so far. No creaks like my old chair and having the head rest is nice if I want to lean back a little (though pretty stiff chair if I do). I do wish it went a little higher but the piston does raise it with ease. All in all, simple way to kill 45 minutes over my lunchbreak and I will update later if there's any issues.
