I love it. It didn't come with instructions but it is still very easy to install. I just watched a couple of YouTube videos and I installed it in about 15 minutes. Fit perfectly. Looks great.Amazing performance. Great craftsmanship. Great product at a great price. Highly recommend.

Filter will not stay secured to tube due to the adapter being wrong size. Contacted seller and have gone back and forth with them for 2 weeks and they still haven't made right. Ended up buying another filter that connected directly to tube. So now I have more in it than a name bland kit.

I have never installed a cold air intake before so this is a first for me. So far it seems to be decent, no check engine lights have lit up or anything. It all seems to be made well, the welds are good.I was pretty annoyed that mine didn't come with instructions, so youtube to the rescue. After that it was easy to remove the original parts and install this set up. The only issue I had was trying to get some of it to line up properly, mainly the support attaching to the air box. The rest of it was pretty simple.I don't know if it will increase mileage or anything, but it does seem to have a little more power at least on the get go. For being a first timer to this, it went pretty smooth with the video I found. Not so sure about the filter, but I'll see if a KN filter will fit in the future.

Overall, this is a nice kit that is easier on the wallet than the more popular name brands. As other reviews have mentioned, NO instructions are included, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out how to assemble the pieces and replace the factory filter box along with the intake tube in my 2003 Tahoe.The filter itself is large and is a tight fit. The small rubber boot is a little loose on the MAF sensor before tightening the hose clamp. Upon opening the box, the stainless intake tube was a little scuffed, but could easily be cleaned and polished if you like shiny objects under your hood.I took my time and wasn’t in a rush, installation took maybe an hour to an hour and a half. While driving, the sound in the cabin is definitely noticeable under load, but was close to stock during normal cruising. I assume most people who get this will already have a louder exhaust and will be accustomed to increased engine noise.This is a worthy kit if you are considering a generic intake kit for your ‘99-06 GM truck or SUV. I consider this a quality kit in the under $70 range.Note: I had the opportunity to compare both Marsflex kits:APEN23001-M1APEN23001-M2During a side-by-side comparison, I found no differences between the two kits. Both included the same parts.

my only fault with these was that there was no instructions so i had to go off the pictures on the listing. Was not too hard without the instructions took maybe 30 minutes. things that would be helpfull to know when installing is to make sure you use the mass airflow sensor in between the filter and the pipe that were on your original air intake. also to install the metal box you will need to remove the metal plate that your air box attaches too, put down the metal sidwalls then re attach that metal bottom plate. if you dont you will be kicking water and dirt up at the cone filter. all in all seems to be a good kit drives just fine after install no codes or anything.
