Works well, I bought it because I have problems keeping my wrist straight. This solved my problem, I find I can hook the ball much better than without it. Yeah I'd recommend it.Interestingly, I still have one that I bought nearly 30 years ago. The design and build is still exactly the same as it was. Well, maybe not EXACTLY the same... my old one has Sick Weber' s signature stamped on it. The new one doesnt.The picture shows blue but mine came in red. I would have preferred blue but it's really not a big deal. The red ones work just as well.
