I have purchased these covers for my company to tryout on our high voltage cables and they work real good. The bag fits nicely over our cable ends and adjusts nice and tight, for easy locking. As long as it used for its intended use this is a good product, I would recommend for your lockout needs.

These do exactly what they're supposed to (I use them over ball valves after removing their handles as a tamper-proofing and cinch closed with a numbered wire seal). I ordered all that Amazon had and for some bad reason they shipped them all individually and they were delivered one or two at a time throughout the course of an entire day, and every delivery person knocked despite the sign asking them to use the doorbell so that the dogs don't lose their minds. Relaying this part of the review from my fiance, who was home that day.

This is a nice sturdy good sized bag that you can put a lock to. It is great for keeping young children out of your private things. It has different loops to adjust for the size of your items. Great item.
