This is my second purchase, since the first died after a year's worth of use. I've got 2 teenage boys in the house so it gets a lot of use, and the plastic bellows lost their elasticity from frequent compression. That said, when new it forces water into my oval-shaped toilet drain like no other plunger I've tried. Traditional plungers don't fit and don't make a seal. This seal isn't perfect, but it gets the job done. It's a little gross to clean afterwards, since the toilet slurry gets up inside the bellows and hollow handle, but it beats having a plugged toilet.

This plunger is made for low flush toilets. Read directions to OPEN it and then CLOSE before using and it does the trick right away. Regular plungers didn't work on my toilet, but this funnel nose one fit perfectly and cleared the blockage on the first try.

Some of the bowl designs on many of the new low 1.6 / 1.28 gallon (or less) toilets cause problems for regular plungers. The exit hole is elongated and there are pressure assist holes where water helps push the waste out (preventing a good plunger seal). This is great for flushing power , but not for plunger use. I installed 3 new Kohler Cimmaron toilets and found this out the hard way. This plunger fits better down into the exit hole and provides improved pressure to clear the clog. It does a much better job than a round conventional plunger. It's seal could be improved so I cut the end off at an angle so it would seal better, which helped. It's made from a (not so attractive) semi-hard black plastic and quite large so you most likely won't be leaving out in plain view for your guests to see. An improved design should be white in color and have the seal area made out of rubber instead of plastic. So far I haven't found anything else that works better so if your having problems with new toilet clogs I would recommend giving this unit a try.

The idea is good. A lot of plungers dont work with new low flush toilets because they don't produce a good seal when plunging and water escapes the side. I thought this one would be THE plunger but it comes up short. First it is made of a harder plastic rather than soft rubber so it also has a difficult time sealing too. Also, the vent valve is strange and seems to hinder the force of the water when plunged. The design is good and does a good job of going deeper into the toilet. It did work on a tough clog but it took a while and some time. I think if the bottom portion was soft rubber and was design to seal better, it would unclog stuff much quicker. I'm still looking for a better one.

First and foremost get the version with the holder. It's is effective and does the job.Works way faster than your typical plunger. You need to be patient and hold it at the right angle. It is not super sanitary or easy to clean. With those things in mind you might need to get a heavy disinfectant to clean it

Bought this plunger specifically for an elongated toilet like it advertised. It is junk. Air leaks out around the screw on handle. Doesn’t fit the toilet like advertised. Useless

This plunger does a great job in relieving clogs in a low flow toilet but beware that is needs to suck up water into the plunger first so you can agitate the clog. It fits well into the large opening though you may have to nudge it in past the opening you see and into where it narrows deeper in the drain. Start slow and increase velocity so you don't spray. DO NOT try to use this plunger like you would with traditional plungers unless you want a brown shower!

Non è made in USA o almeno non c'è scritto come in annuncio.Sembra fatto bene ma conosco l'originale made in USA e non è ugualissimo.

Awesome plunger... I have 2 Caroma toilets that rarely clog but when do were impossible to unclog with a regular plunger because of design of bowl... this plunger worked like magic within 30 seconds.

I have a weird toilet that no other plunger worked with. This one works. 'Nuff said.
