Mine just arrived. I have thick carpet, and this is terrific for surfacing everything from pet hair to cat litter, so you can vacuum it up. Easy to use too.The handle has a sharp edge for cleaning, so be careful.

I loved the rubber bristles, they looked great. It was light and easy to use. BUT BE AWARE OF THE small piece that takes the hairs off. Do not attach it to the broom stick while using the broom. It cut me with me even realizing!

I really like this broom/rake. I got it collect the hair in the carpet prior to vacuuming. Works well! I love using the squeegee side for mopping floors.

I have a maine coon cat, wanting a good product to help with the hair on the carpet..Guess I am still looking because this one does NOT clean at all. I don't have a lot ofcat hair but I wanted to find something to help with what the vacuum doesn't pick up.if you have a similar concern... keep looking.
