Warm tips:
To prolong the life of our silicone loaf mold, refrain from empty baking. For the same reason, it's advised not to cut bread directly in the mold with a knife. Always make sure that the mold is dry before placing frozen dough into it to prevent sticking. Do not use hard and sharp tools to clean the mold. When reusing, clean the mold at least once every 24 hours.

I was very hesitant to use a silicone product for my baguettes. In the past I’ve only used a traditional baguette pan with great success. I would never dream of baking on what I considered a plastic product. I totally stand corrected. These are fantastic! I do use a cookie sheet underneath them. They have the perforations on the base that allow air circulation. They are a nice length so you can get about 300 g of dough per space and have a really good size baguette, they clean up nicely. Roll them up to store. Overall they’re fantastic, I’m considering ordering the second set.

I got this as I am currently on my sourdough stage of life. I was not sure how they would work when I realized how flexible they were but I trusted the process and was greatly rewarded with beautiful baguettes! I actually put each loaf on a piece of parchment and into this pan to rise overnight then decided to leave them just like that to bake. It worked great! Set this on a flat pan to bake. The best part is when I was done with them I just put them down inside my Dutch oven to store them. They are so flexible storage is a breeze!
