Love this block. I make jewerly and use this everyday. It’s the perfect size. It’s not to heavy to travel with. If you make jewelry or are thinking of making jewelry , then you have to have one of these.

This is a perfect size when you don't have a lot of work space area. And the rubber on it is the reason I chose this particular product. It helps keep hammering from sounding so loud. I highly recommend this!

I am new to working with wire and wondered whether it was necessary to buy something like this. I had tried pounding on a granite coaster (hardest thing I could find), but it left marks, and it did not allow me to paddle.I’m very pleased with the results I can get now using this little Bench block. It works well for working on small components but I think a larger sized one would be a little easier.All in all worth the purchase …

Looks nice and sturdy, and the steel was a good weight. The rubber smelled, but I expected that. The only thing that caught me off guard was that both parts were quite oily. Are they supposed to be like that?
