If you have ordered this product, then you understand the Maxpedition Brand and Quality of items they make. On many different occasions, I have seen different ways that this pouch can be incorporated. It keeps things very organized and together. The hook & loop field on the back, expands the various places it can be placed and the ability of the staying-put power is great. Personally, I use them on my wheelchair to hold a variety of items when needed. I can also connect it into to the other products from Maxpedition that I run. My wish would be for black colored pouch to be available soon. Thanks again Maxpedition!

To give an idea of the space in this pouch, I have the Adventure Medical Pocket Survival Kit Plus in the large inside pocket with little room to spare. I also have a small 123 powered LED flashlight, Storm whistle, Eat-n-Tool, Krill light, Windmill lighter, and mosquito head net. The kit is velcroed inside the roll down compartment of my Covert backpack where other larger items are kept. All in all, all the basic survival tools that might be needed are kept nicely in the compartment.The velcro holds VERY tight. When on its own, the hooks will tend to snag on anything from pine needles to fleece clothing. It does make a mess of the velcro, but that does not seem to stop it from working.The double zipper works easily even when overloaded. The zippers do not open all the way and the very bottom of the case isn't easily seen into - perfect to stash a spare magazine out of sight.Inside is a large pocket along the velcro side of the case. Good for something like my pocket kit or a small notebook. On the other side is a wide strap (not sealed at the bottom) that is sewn in the middle to create two holding straps. My windmill lighter fits into the strap nicely as does the headnet.When faced with a large pocket with no real dividers or pockets, this fit the bill to control the smaller items nicely.

BUYER BEWARE, THIS IS GREEN!!!!! NOT khaki. Ok, other then the color not being right, this is a great pouch from Maxpedition. I have purchased a LOT of cheap gear in my time and it is just not worth it or my money. I am what is called and please excuse the phrase, a gear whore now, because of all the cheap gear I have bought in the past. Maxpedition is high quality gear and I own several of there back packs and over a dozen of there pouches in all different sizes. They use the best material with YKK zippers and super tough nylon thread to fabricate there gear. SO with that said I would recommend anything from them because the last 15+ of owning there bags and pouches I still use and have them all. If you get a loose thread, take a lighter to the end, melt it and push it down with the lighter to stop it and you are good to go. This is a real review and I am not being paid or bribed, there gear is just that good if you take care of your gear it will take care of you.

I have several of the Maxpedition velcro zippered pouches in various sizes. The are well-made, but they always seem to have a problem with the zippers when rounding the corners of the pouch. The liner is bulky on the inside at the corner edges, so when the zipper is curving around the edges, it binds up against the liner of the pouch at the corners. This can make the zipper hang up at the corner when you try to zip or unzip the pouch. I knew that this does not lessen over time either. I have had the other Maxpedition pouches for years and they still bind.The item arrived ahead of schedule.

This little bag is perfect for keeping small items like chapstick, mints, pocketknife, meds, etc., together and portable, so you can move it between a workout bag, backpack or messenger bag easily. Opens more fully then many other similar bags. Also, the hook and loop full back panel stays attached to a loop panel very fell. I have no issues with slapping it onto a backpack and walking around with it.

I purchased this pouch to attach to the Velcro loop field inside my Maxpedition Pistol Case across from the magazines. It's slim and easily holds ear plugs, a multi-tool, and other small items. It has a lot of room, but I don't pack it too full to keep the pistol case slim. The pouch has elastic compartments inside the pouch that are also useful. This pouch could also be installed on the exterior of the Pistol Case, or one inside plus one outside the Pistol Case. The size of the Velcro attachment field is what I consider to be large, and the attachment is strong! The pouch has Velcro hook backing, and would attach to any Velcro loop field, including other Maxpedition gear. It really works great in the Pistol Case!

Small, but I use it for chapstick, throat lozenges, band-aids, etc in my match backpack. Perfect for that.Would make a great change purse for folks who use them.

While this little pouch holds all the incidentals I can throw at it, still nowhere near as ruggedas some of the Military Surplus stuff I've aquired. Of course this pouch looks way spiffy comparedthough, and I already liked Maxpedition products.

Das Produkt ist gut verarbeitet und erfüllt in jedem Fall seinen Zweck.Warum also nur drei Sterne?1. Maxpedition hat trotz der hervorragenden Qualität ein Preisleistungsverhältnis, das zum Himmel stinkt.2. Die Farbe gefällt mir nicht und im Gegensatz zu so ziemlich allen anderen Maxpedition-Produkten gibt es das Ding halt nur in dieser einen Farbe. Somit möchte ich es aus ästhetischen Gründen halt nur im Inneren meiner Taschen verwenden und nicht außen anbringen.

Great for stuffing a few wires and accessories in, I also used this to carry a bunch of passports, cards and folded travel docs which this was just the right size for.The velcro back means you can quickly attach it to any appropriate service - in my case it stuck nicely to the front of my jumper for quick access in the airport, though I suspect doing that too many times will ruin the jumper :)Temporarily keeping it on the outside of a pack with velcro front, whilst you need it, is a much better option!
