Game Changer of Cooking

Usage Tips
Clean and oil it
Before you first use it, you should wash and oil it.
1、Use liquid dish soap and warm water to soak and wipe clean.
2、Then apply cooking oil to the top and wall of the tube to reduce friction
Add seasoning to the tube
There are two ways to add seasoning.
1、If the seasoning is relatively thin, you can directly pull the handle to the seasoning into the tube.
2、If the sauce is thick, you can pour the sauce directly into the tube by unscrewing the syringe.
Air removal
Before injection, the needle tube should be inverted to drain the air.(This prevents the tube from cracking when there is too much air in the tube!)
1、Reverse the tube so that the needle is facing up and gently tap the tube so that the seasoning is on the bottom and the air runs to the top
2、Gently push the handle, so that the top of the air out of the tube first, when you see a small amount of seasoning spilled at the tip of the needle can start to use.
Locate Injection Sites
1、Locate Injection Sites: Plan your injection points. Common areas include the breast, thighs, and drumsticks. Aim to inject at multiple points for even flavor distribution.
2、Inject the Marinade: Insert the needle deep into the meat. Slowly press the plunger to release the marinade. Withdraw the needle slightly, then push it in a different direction within the same hole, and inject again. Repeat this process around the turkey
3、Distribute Evenly: Try to inject equal amounts of marinade into each location. If the marinade starts to overflow from an injection site, move to a new spot.
