My daughter LOVES crafts but it can be hard to find ones she can complete independently at 8. She loved this one and after a little intro to the process she did it by herself which made the payoff of making her new blanket even more exciting. Very cute! Soft, warm

Got this for our 9 yr olds birthday. SHe loved it. Kept her busy for hours & hours, allowing her to express her creative side. Would not get for a child much younger because of both patience and dexterity concerns!

We had purchased the first version for our daughter who was five years old at the time. Might be a little challenging for that age, but the eight-year-old that we purchased a gift for the second time around, it was just right. Both girls had a fabulous time making it and the results are great. Can’t go wrong, since it’s no sew and you can make corrections. Super beautiful finished product. Something they can be proud of and utilize for years. I have not yet washed ours, since it’s more of a throw blanket, so I can’t give a comment on how it washes. It has worn beautifully though.

The best thing about this gift is it was for my granddaughter, and it was easy for her to put together herself. Any child of any age can do this herself seven and up. Once you show them how to do it, they can proceed on their own, depending on their mentality, they may need a little help at first it was easy for her to do and she absolutely loved the gift and the color. It was actually her favorite color. I would highly recommend it it washed up nice and she still has it. I waited this long to write the review , in order to give a proper review I highly recommend it is a gift

Nice quality material, propmt shipping. Easy to use and make a blanket or two small throw-blankets for little kids. I’ll say perfect for kids 6 and up to use it unassisted, younger kids might need some help to learn how to tightly knot.

Got these for Christmas (2020) for my girls (8yo & 4yo) and they love snuggling up in front of the fireplace with their blankets. It's soft and warm, the colors are beautifully vibrant, the overall size is decent, and it comes with various patterns to choose from. I bought 2 different designs so they knew which one was theirs.Took maybe a couple of hours to finish - depends on if you can do it without stopping or if you have help, but it's easy enough either way.Over time some of the knots did loosen a bit from constant use so I've had to tighten them again which was fine. Makes a great gift.
