63 year-old female here who has had to use this snowblower twice already within a 72 hour period. With easy assembly, and functionality, and battery life, this snowblower worked perfectly fine on removing snow from my backyard walkway as well as my front yard walkway. It is not too heavy to lift…my arms, my back, my entire body is thankful for that. We’ve had a lot of snow in Wisconsin within the last week or two and with more to come unfortunately. I’m sure glad I bought this cordless snowblower and I would definitely recommend it especially for this price point. Thanks for reading this review. Stay safe, and be well!!

Pros; low price; Dewalt battery compatibility; easy to use; weight is enough to bite into the snow but not be to heavy. Used it today (Jan6, 2025) in 7 to 8 inches of moderately packed snow and worked exceptionally well. Throws snow sufficiently far and has adjustable vanes to direct snow left, center or right. Battery last sufficiently to get much of job done. Battery has LED gauge to show charge status.Con’s; hand can slip off trigger when using, should have a trigger lock to let it run. Should sell with extra battery. Recommend; I might buy another or a Dewalt battery if I can figure out which one is compatible. A+ product.

Worked like a charm! Took 5 minutes to assemble and I'll honestly say I am not mechanically inclined. When I took it outside it was very easy to use and literally threw the snow right off my sidewalk and driveway. Although it comes with the battery already charged, I suggest you charge it to the max. I tried mine directly out of the box and although it worked, it wasn't throwing the snow very far. When I used it on a full charge, it threw it much farther away. I'm 58 with a bad back and twenty minutes later I was back in my house with clear sidewalks and driveway. It literally felt like I was pushing my vacuum cleaner in my living room!

It works pretty good. I’ve used it twice since I received it. The first snow was at its limit for depth and was packing snow. It did very well, I just didn’t use the 12in. Width, only 6 inch and it chewed right through the snow. The second snow was only a few inches and not so heavy I did the whole driveway on one charge. And it recharges in a little over an hour which is great, I purchased it on sale for half price, so I figured what the heck, if it didn’t work well I wouldn’t feel to cheated but it surprised me. This is easier than shoveling at 70 years old. I’m quite glad I bought it.

So far, I am impressed with the Mellif Snow Shovel. It has operated just as described and it easily blew about four inches of snow off a second story deck, whereas previously I had to hand shovel it and lift it over the railing. I would, however, think that four inches would be the maximum depth of snow it could easily handle. It is perfect to blow light fluffy snow and a wetter, heavier snow makes the shovel a little more difficult to handle. My husband was able to assemble the shovel in a couple of minutes. I think that for $99, the shovel is well worth the money and I would recommend this product to clear any decking you have. It easily glides over it, but I would avoid any icy areas.
