It's a little pricey, hence the 4 stars. But it's really well written with easy to follow diagrams and wide variety exercise programs. You can actually get a very good workout with just a kettleball. Don't start with too heavy a weight. I'm 73 and in reasonably good shape, so I started with a 10-lb kettleball and it works fine. For a more rounded weight routine you would want to get an inexpensive set of 3 dumbells also.

Aside from the book being very well constructed, it imparts a great deal of useful information in a relatively small space…Highly recommended for all, regardless of their fitness level..

Knowing nothing about working out with Kettlebells, I found this book to be informative and easy to follow.

This is a great introduction to the use of kettle bells. Has overall great explanations for safety, as well as comfortability the introduction Of workouts, not only allow you to get used to the movement but allow you to plan a work out so you can have a great foundation. Recommend this to anyone interested in starting to incorporate kettlebell into their workout routine

This book is great! I use it just to change up from my normal workouts of bodybuilding and powerlifting workouts. They could honestly charge more for how detailed and good this book is.

This book is a great start to a fitness journey if you enjoy dynamic strength workouts. It slowly ramps up the intensity over the course of 30 sessions and then teaches you how to come up with your own routines afterward. My only criticism is sometimes the language used to describe the exercises/routines is not super precise. Really nice jumping off point into the world of kettlebell workouts.

Great book. I workout in different ways and wanted to try Kettlebells for a change. love the simplicity and the book explains everything from biginner to novice and beyond. Great value and enjoying the new challenge. I use 15 20 and 35 lb bells and find the 35 the most used.
