This Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is great! I love the ease of use with the remote control allowing me to control start-stop, speed and music volume-channels, once you connect to Bluetooth. The setup instructions that came with the machine were straight forward and easy to follow with the exception of explaining that the red light indicator does not light up to start and stop the machine. Honestly, it took me some time to manually experiment before understanding how the remote functions. However, once I figured it out, I really appreciated the mechanics!Additionally, I love the different vibration modes of the footplate-very relaxing! Each mode helps improve circulation in my legs, which is especially beneficial since I have been diagnosed with peripheral artery disease. My only issue with this machine is that the speaker volume is subpar-no quality bass or treble sound!

So far, the whole family is loving this! We use it to help relax our muscles after bed and I’m hoping to get some lymphatic drainage benefits. Happy with the purchase so far!

I first had experience with a vibration plate machine at a physical therapy place for back and spinal issues. The commercial device I used was much larger and had support rails to hold for balance, but it essentially worked the same way as this MERACH vibration plate. I don't use it for workouts or any type of exercise, but rather when my back is feeling stiff and irritated. This machine is easy to use: place it somewhere flat and stable, climb on top, and use the remote to set the vibration speed. It has a large range of vibration settings, from a gentle side-to-side rocking, all the way up to serious vibrations. I find that the higher vibration levels really make my back feel better. This doesn't actually fix my back problems, but it does provide a temporary relief. You can control the device functions from the onboard console, or with the remote. The remote is really the best way to go, and you can control everything with it. This vibration plate does everything the commercial units do, just in a smaller size. The only weird thing I've encountered is that when using the remote to stop the device from vibrating, it doesn't immediately come to a halt, but instead slowly ramps down the vibration speed. It's not a big deal, but a quirk that I haven't experienced with similar vibration plates. This device really make a difference for me when my back muscles are irritated. It's worth every penny to me for providing temporary pain relief.

I have quite a bit of exercise equipment laying around that I just can’t seem to get in the habit of using on a regular basis. But this vibration plate is so easy to use, so much fun to use, and feels so good to use, that I find myself using it every single day! And I look forward to using it! I feel like I get more benefits using this vibration plate for just 20 minutes than I do after an hour of other types of exercise. It moves my whole body and really gets the circulation going and the lymph moving. All of my muscles are engaged to stabilize myself even though the movement up and down is relatively slight. I feel nice and tingly and alive when I am done!This particular vibration plate seems to be an excellent quality little machine. The fact that they claim it supports up to 330 pounds means that they built this to be extremely sturdy. And it feels like it! When I step onto it, it feels strong and stable under me. It has a textured non-slip surface that feels good even when I’m barefoot. I can even connect the resistance bands at the back of the machine to get a full-body workout!The display is in the center and I can either press the buttons there, or use the remote to choose my speed, time, or specific program. I like using the programs sometimes because it mixes things up and prevents boredom. I can also mix things up by doing different exercises on it or sitting or leaning on it instead of standing on it. I also enjoy using it under my desk when I’m at work to give my feet and calves a massage. Love this!
