For those that say the remote doesn't work I don't think they read the instructions. You would think the remote is easy but it's kind of isn't you need to hit the power button and then the play button to get it to allow the other buttons to work. After that following the instructions on the quick start guide, I feel is recommended. I tried it without reading it at all and just did the run function for the 10 minutes that wiped me out! Next day I tried the quick start guide and it was far less wear and tear on my body. I highly recommend READ the instructions! It's a great product 10/10 would recommend. As a licensed professional I would recommend doing this at least 5 days a week and no more please allow your body recovery time and also please please please drink lots of water on work out days!

I love my plate. It gives me a great workout. I can feel my muscles moving and it feels amazing. I use it after I workout and it helps ease the pain when you may push yourself too hard. It doesn’t take up much space in my room. It’s convenient to use on a daily bases.

It's very good, quiet, good value, loved the colors. I tried out 3 machines and in the end went for the AXV Vibration Plate because it just felt more powerful which I was after. But this is a great option.

I ordered this product because I hurt my knee and my leg was spasming. I had used a much larger vibration plate for my horse and he healed really quickly. It really helps! The remote that came with it didn’t perform well; I literally couldn’t get the cover to the battery bay off. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement remote. I highly recommend this product and the seller.

I have a popular brand at home and wanted a more portable one to bring to the office and vacation home; I found this as a lighter option at a reasonable price, comparable to motor rate as the one I have. I use it almost daily for circulation and to shake up my body since I have a stagnant lifestyle - it feels so much better after I stand even 3 minutes on it, it just shakes all the stiffness out of me.But this one is noticeably weaker and often goes “unbalanced†more easily than the one at home. I’ll probably keep it bc it’s still 10lbs lighter and works anyway, but not what I was hoping for.

I have had this product for over a month and love it. Caution using it can be addictive, i love the results I am seeing . I use it 30 minutes a day. Not only is it helping me get toned it’s also been great helping with blood flow issues.
