The blade is perfect for deboning a fish and the handle is rubbery and easy to hold while wet.The only thing that would make this a perfect purchase would be the inclusion of a sheath. The packaging states that there is one, and even gives a model number. But a search of the internet, including the vendor, has so far been fruitless.Still, an excellent cutting tool.

The filet knife has the perfect amount of flex, allowing you to trace the ribs smoothly. The blade is holding it's edge very well. Grip is secure and it feels well balanced.
