I am the axeman on a trail clearing crew and I like to keep my tool sharp soI carry one of these files in my pack all the time and sharpen my ax every evening. The small size is light to carry and not so long that I fear breakage while stored in the pack. The teeth are sharp and the rounded handle allows me to forgo the extra weight of an add-on version. By purchasing in bulk the cost is low enough that I always have a sharp file with me. You can purchase these with confidence.

Item picture says (12 pack) and the selection chart for the item says (6 pack).When I received the item there's only (1).You don't get what they lead you to believe.I would strongly advise to avoid this seller.The same item can be purchased from other sellers at a cheaper price and without misleading information.

This product was a real disappointment to me, and the quality far below my expectation. The brushes obviously feature little to no quality control and are imported, Chinese-made units, which even at this price point is not a good value.The unit I received was poorly made, with adhesive/resin all over the handle and, not surprisingly, not enough of it underneath the actual wires. As you can see in the photos, it was literally falling apart when it arrived, and is borderline unusable, right out of the box.It's hard to conceive how someone let this out of the factory, but then when you have zero pride in your product and its craftsmanship, anything goes. That they can ship product like this and expect people to use it, is reason enough for me to source my file cards from another brand going forward. Spare yourself the same disappointment and buy a quality brush somewhere where else.
