Looks like it fell off the mail truck and drug down a gravel road. The machined faces are dinged up but probably flat enough to seal after sanding and using the gasket. Don't forget to buy hardware and gaskets. Just seems like the manufacturers have been getting extremely lax with paint and quality control. At the end of the day I'm sure it'll work, it just adds hours to my work load because now I have to paint them. I'd like to leave a better review because functionally, it'll do what it needs to, however sending a part this beat up to a customer doesn't display much pride in work. It arrived in a decent enough time frame and given it's weight that was really appreciated.
