OEM kit, the new metal gasket in this kit is the latest upgrade from Quicksilver. I was concerned because it didn't advise if I needed gasket sealant or not, and it's metal. After reading forums, I installed the kit without sealant, and I've been on the water a few times so far, and my temps are normal. I recommend this OEM kit over aftermarket kits.
