This pack had it all! What an easy way to decorate for a party. Everything was of great quality.

The decorations are absolutely beautiful and I want to leave a 5 star review BUT- the balloons were coated in so much latex powder that it coated every service it touched (customer service said it’s cornstarch, it is most definitely NOT cornstarch). My daughter screamed and cried her whole party with a cold wash cloth on her face because the latex was burning her skin. I bathed her, changed her clothes, and gave her Benadryl and it didn’t help AT ALL. Then other kids at the party started leaving because their skin was burning too. Spent over $500 on a birthday party and $20 balloons ruined the whole thing and Amazon has offered no compensation. My daughter couldn’t even calm down to do cake and presents that’s how bad she was hurting. It’s one thing to have a latex sensitivity, but for the whole party to be feeling the same way tells me there’s something wrong with the manufacturing of these balloons. DO. NOT. BUY!!!
