This is by far the best round file I’ve ever used, the cutting grooves are very close together which makes it file very smooth even on plastic

This file does a nice job of removing imperfections and shavings on metal pieces and feels very sturdy. I am always hesitant with cheaper files because I'm afraid they'll lose the grit quickly and become unusable, but I've not seen that issue so far.

This is a good diamond file, especially in a larger size. I have the tiny diamond files, but not like this. The length is good and it seems sturdy enough. My only minor complaint is the handle. It seems a little small to me. It's an oval shape, so it's about 1/2" wide by 3/4" high. For something of this length, I think I'd like a little more control over it by having something bigger to grip, such as a 1" round handle. The handle itself is fine, it's rubber and plastic. Not bad overall.
