I’ve had a Surface Go 2 for 3 years of college and the original Microsoft pen has been acting up for a while (where it’d stop writing until I hit it hard). THE METAPEN IS AMAZING!!! And for less than $30 bucks I can’t believe I waited so long to buy it! It magnetically attaches to my surface like the original and writes way better, the pressure sensitivity is miles ahead of my original. It’s like the ðŸŽpencil for windows!

Love my meta pen so much, it writes very smoothly and the battery life last so long. Reached out to meta support bc the button ended up acting up and Shelly at meta support was very helpful and nice. She was able to send me a new pen and I am so thankful to her bc I use this pen a lot for school

I've used a few non-Microsoft pens with my Surface Go 3, but this one paired the fastest and stayed paired. That might not seem like much to you, but it's a bit of a luxury for me. It could have received 5 stars from me if it had a clip. Once again, a luxury for me.

Pretty good. Wish the tip was softer but that’s just a personal preference. Everything works great & I didnt have to sync a thing.

Already searching for a sleeve for this or a case. Must have , no app or Bluetooth connection needed. Works well with surface pro elite 11 edition.

If you're like me, you were trying to find a pen that wasn't $70 dollars but did all of the same things and worked exactly like an apple pencil but on your Microsoft. This is it! I've gone through 3 pens before this one and one was Bluetooth and worked perfect but broke after 1 semester of use, 1 was practically a stylus, and one was not compatible with Microsoft and was not palm rejection. This one is exactly what I was looking for! As a college student, I needed one that allowed me to write in OneNote but also allowed me to scroll down with my finger and then continue writing with the pen so I can take notes and practice problems easier. This does exactly that! I have a book so as soon as I received my pen I detached my screen and tried it on OneNote and it did exactly that! This pen had a slightly more expensive version that I was looking at that had the bottom that could function as an eraser, but this one all you have to do is press down the bottom of the button and it erases seamlessly! Absolutely perfect! It's charging right now and I can't wait to use it in my classes today! I was able to just plug it in to my computer to charge as well. The palm rejection and accuracy was perfect and appeared exactly like I wanted and was absolutely seamless. Feels great to hold and write with. If you're like me and wanted an affordable Microsoft pen that would write and take notes and work on practice problems while being able to scroll with your finger or have your palm on the screen, this is it! Perfect! I'm so glad I finally found one that works! 10/10

I use my pen everyday to teach my math classes. I project my computer screen and fill out the notes with the pen. When my old Microsoft brand pen stopped working, I decided to try out a cheaper version. Here is my honest review. This product works well. For some reason it did not work the first time I tried to use it. After I removed the battery and put it back in, it worked great. I will be keeping an eye on that and update the review if I have any more issues. Note that it does not have Bluetooth, so you will not be able to pair it to your computer. However, it does not seem to need Bluetooth. This is probably because it does not have a shortcut button, which I never used anyway. There is no power button, it simply works when you put the battery in it.The side buttons do work well. I actually like the eraser being a side button better than it being on the back like my old pen from Microsoft. It is faster to click the button than to flip the pen upside down. The palm blocking does seem to work well, which is probably the most important feature of a pen. With out palm blocking, you may as well use an old school stylus which is just a piece of rubber on a stick. The pen itself seems rather light and cheaply made, so I am not sure how long it will last. The tip is just plastic. It does come with a second tip, but it is exactly the same. I was unable to remove the tip because it was so tight, but as the second one is the same, I am not too concerned about it.

This pen costs 1/3 what a Surface Book 3 pen costs from Microsoft and yet is somehow better.I was skeptical those 2 things could go together, so I braced for impact setting it up, but, it works great!* Rechargeable with a simple USBC charger, which I have a hundred of floating around here. The Microsoft one for $100 requires a AAAA non-rechargeable battery, something no one has, and I was just plain tired of.* Just works. It turns itself on automatically when you get close to the screen with it, that's it. No pairing no button to press it just immediately began working.* It advertises itself as less pressure-sensitive than the Microsoft one. I imagine this is true but I have to say I can't tell the difference - I can still produce nice line-thickness-variations by pressing harder or softer as I write or draw.* Still has the magnet to stick to the side of the laptop.* Eraser is a side button you hold while you draw instead of turning the pen around. I like that a lot better to be honest, it's a quicker operation to fix a quick mistake.Cheaper and better! Surprising.

I don't know what kind of sorcery this is, but this pen has never discharged after the initial 10 minutes of charging I did on the first day I got it. Buttons work like a charm. Only thing that would have made it better if there was a foam tip on the other end so that I could use it for my smartphone as well.I really want to know what kind of nuclear battery they used in it because it has never discharged since 5 months.

Sono un artista. La penna del Surface 7 è pesante, troppo spessa e col bottone scomodo. Non sono mai riuscito a disegnarci bene. L'ergonomia di questa è invece perfetta, molto piu simile ad una vera matita. Vorrei averla trovata prima.
