Thanks to a curved shape and tapered nose which together allow this tool to maneuver in small cracks, you can salvage your stuck goods with relative ease. A hooked nose grabs cam trigger bars, and a built-in wiregate carabiner lets you clip the Torque Nut Tool directly to your harness for easy stowing.

Handy nut tool with a way to tighten bolts on the fly... and with the proper carabiner, it hangs with the hook end inside the biner to prevent the hook snagging on other gear. Wide end makes it more comfortable to push on the tool when removing wedged nuts. 4 wrench sizes for a variety of bolts. Easy clip to temporarily clip it to your sling or harness loop. Great design. Finally found a light-weight alternative to my Forrest Mtn Nut Tool !

Does the job, I haven't had trouble retrieving gear yet (I climb mostly on sandstone).

When I received the order from the mail box it was not package well, it was sticking out. The product itself is good that's why I gave it 5 stars just back packaging on Amazon.

A beefy nut tool! Not for those that are trying to count ounces though.

It is a nut tool. Does exactly what it is supposed to. I use this every time I go out and climb.

This is the best way to ensure your nuts experience the freedom they deserve after jamming cracks all day.

Great idea but doesn't work in practice. The nuts on hangers are too close to the edge of the hangar so the tool doesn't fit. If you can get it to fit because you have a spinner, you should leave the nut/bolt combo alone since you may be doing more damage by spinning the bolt in the hole. Leave it to the route setters or report the sketchy bolt to the ASCA (http://www.safeclimbing.org/)

everyone needs a nut tool. the clip part is the best part of this tool . It feels secure and if you've ever dropped anything you know how important that is.
