It is difficult to find this locally, but of course, Amazon has it! I love Amazon for that reason alone! This product is a high quality beeswax and the tiny pellets do not become sticky on the shelf at normal room temperature. They take a little longer to melt than I expected, and when you melt them BE SURE to use a disposable container or its really hard to clean it off the container completely when you are done. I highly recommend this product.

I really liked the wax but it was more yellow than i wanted. My oink candkes came out almost orange.

Although I leave myself a little room for doubt. For comparison, I have an old 2-oz unused piece of real beeswax from some old project.I melted 2-3 tablespoons of these pellets into a dish made of aluminum foil. The luster of the melted surface looks like the real thing. I broke a 1/4" disk of each & compared the bend & the break surfaces. They look pretty much the same, with vertical striations. I smelled them both & it's a remembered odor that I'll call the same. I rubbed the surfaces & they felt very similar. They softened a bit under finger pressure and became slightly sticky, and with some effort deformed about the same.I can't imagine there could be more than 1-2% of any adulterant, if any. Any minor differences I noticed may be due to the pellets being "triple filtered" and fresher by a few years. My old sample had developed the expected tiny 'snowflakes' on the surface.

Have been making hand cream for years with "beeswax" -- not realizing it is cut with paraffin, which contains benzene and other carcinogens. Really happy I found the real stuff here, because overwhelming majority is not real 100% beeswax.

So far I do like this. When I opened the package I smelled warm honey. I’m planning on using this to make beeswax food wraps.

BUY THIS ONE!Amazon keeps preventing me from leaving a positive review of this product. I can only guess that it's because this one is not made in C#!N4 and they are censoring that word. Buy this. Buy it. It works, it smells right (not like chemicals), and it tastes good if you happen to be making French canele with it.
