At 85 I needed a light weight fry pan. THIS IS IT. Easy to clean. Food just slides off. Rinse, wipe, dry and its done. At 12" inches dia. it holds enough for a complete meal. The coating is colorful and the lid with the large handle makes it easy to lift, and I found it really does not get hot. I use a variety of utensils to mix and stir with no harm to the finish. I found this to be a great purchase and a very helpful item.

These pans exceeded my expectations. They are truly stuck free and attractive.

I needed to replace my old pans and these have been great. They clean up easy, and are always non-stick.

I do not like the hard anonized pans..they can not take High heat and eventually peel and get scratches..and they weigh a ton! The ones with "ribs" on the bottom get food stuck in ribs after a while. I also find I need a slightly larger pan than 12".. This works fine, but isn't very heavy. So far, nothing has stuck to it and it heats up fine. It is too early to see if this will eventually peel like the others. I have tried all kinds of pans and cook everyday, and none of the nonstick pans last more than about 3 years without peeling and/or losing nonstick ability. Bought this for the larger size

Your eggs slide around on the non-stick surface with ease. Slides right onto the plate. The handle is comfortable in your hand. The performance and versatility are outstanding, plus, the appearance and the specks makes the skillet adorably cute. I need to buy at least three more of these. I use it as an egg skillet but can be used for many foods. It makes frying small amounts of food easy and taste great. Fried foods are crispy and have great texture (chicken wings and fries). I did season the skillet on top of the stove for 30 minutes before using it initially. You are going to love this awesome little skillet!

I am torn as to how many stars to give. I just got these last week and have only used them a couple of times. They don't stick - that's great, and need only a minimum of oil. Clean-up is a breeze. My concern, though, is that they are much thinner than any pan I've ever owned in the past, which might not be great for durability if they warp on the bottom (especially for those of us with electric/induction types of stoves). The sides and the handle - all very thin. The handle is also hollow and open, which you can't really see on the ads for it. But, it didn't get hot when I cooked, and it is metal instead of the bakelight stuff so many of them have now, which is a plus. I'll edit my review if I have problems in the next few months.

I love this frying pan. I have a set of Eurocast pots and pans but had ruined the frying pan that came with the set even though I took great care of it. This cleans up just as well and was a fraction of the cost, and so far is holding up really well after a couple of months of use. I got an induction hot plate that I use it with and it works well with that technology, other than it is a little bit larger than the burner.

Really good non-stick material. The middle sized pan (9.5") came warped due to package being dropped directly on the handle causing the pan to warp out of round (handle side was pushed in).On the positive side, the non-stick material did not crack or flake in the bent area. The negative is the pans are very thin metal and it doesn't take much to warp them. Yeah, they're very lightweight, however, too lightweight and thin for my tastes. Because the pan was dented out of round, it does not sit flat on the stove top causing everything to run to one side...not to mention it will no longer function on an induction stove top.Speaking of induction stove tops, I noticed several reviews mentioned that the smallest pan (8") would not heat up on an induction coil. In my shipment, there was a notice from the company addressing this issue. They said that this issue happens on some brand stoves and lists a few suggestions on what to do and if that doesn't work you are supposed to email the company with the brand and model of your induction stove. They don't say exactly what they are going to do to rectify this issue?because they arrived warped and won't work correctly on my stove top, I returned this purchase. I didn't get a replacement because the pans are too thin flimsy for my tastes and feel that they can easily warp under my usage. The non-stick does seem to be very good and sticks firmly to the pan's surface. Most (cheaply made) pans that bend from being dropped on it's side do have their non-stick material crack or flake under that stress

I've used it a few times without the lid on. Heats nicely and cooks well, very easy to clean, just needs a wipe first. Feels sturdy looks great too. I hope it is long lasting, because I would like matching saucepans.
