I really like these, each is 1.25lbs, so the pair together add 2.5lbs to a dumbbell giving me the chance to increase by smaller amounts for some muscles for which I don't need or cant increase to the next 5lbs increment, like shoulders or triceps. These are a really good size, they are not bigger than the head of most dumbbells so they don't slide forward as much as the larger ones that increase the weight by 5lbs. I purchased both and noticed this when I was testing them. They do slide sometimes but not as much, since the dumbbell bar is not straight, it has and indent at both ends which causes the weight plate to slide forward a bit, I managed to fix this by adding a neoprene cover to prevent calluses and it also helped by pushing the plates apart. They also reduce the width of the handle on the dumbbell which might prove cumbersome for people with larger hands, but for me it didn't matter since I have small hands. The reason I gave it 5 stars is because they are well made, quality weights and they have worked great for me, but I included all this information since they are not cheap and so other people can asses if they will work for them.

First thought was that these are kinda pricey, but made in the US by a small business made me purchase on Black Friday. And I see now they are worth the money. High quality, well made!Such a great addition to my home gym.Now I can go up in weight on all the dumbbells I already have. All my dumbbells are different brands and therefore different sized handles. These work on all of them, some are a looser fit but they still fit without slipping around.They also fit in the inner part of my Olympic barbell, inside the collars (NOT on the 2in sleeve where weights go) so I can see myself using them there as well.Love these and would recommend them!

I was looking for additional dumbbells 17.5 and 22.5 and then I saw these and although they are quite expensive I ordered the white that was around $70 at the time and I’m very happy with them. They work great to increase my 15 and 20 lb dumbbells and very easy to use and take up hardly any space. Very high quality. I do think they’re too expensive for what they are when you think of dumbbells that are much heavier and around the same price. If they were more reasonable I’d buy more and I’m sure you’d sell more but sometimes sellers don’t have common sense. Love the product though! If the price isn’t an issue buy them you won’t regret it.

I already own a 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50 dumbbell set with rack, which I paid $780 brand new for. I don't have the room/money to buy the 7.5-12.5-17.5-etc etc fractional dumbbells which are key for me for isolation work with dumbells (bi's tri's shoulder) These fit the bill, tho IMHO these are pricey and would be a better deal in the $75 range. My other nitpick is that it would have been nice at this price to have included a small carry bag so your weights get lost.The pro's for me is that the gym this summer is getting more busy and dumbbells are always being used by others at peak times so I can just use my home gym. For cable exercises, these are easy to add for fractional progressive overloading for isolations for shoulder, tricep, bicep and chest cable exercises.I weighed each one and they are all within a few grams of each other although SLIGHTLY below 1.25# each...but then again, dumbbells aren't that accurate either.

These are very nice. Are they worth 2x the cheap Chinese versions? Not sure. The finish on these is very nice. They are reasonably thin, so you don't lose space for your hands. The spring (not a rubber band like knock-offs) is internal to lessen chance for pinching. The design makes them easy to slip onto dumbbell handles and they are reasonably easy to remove as well. If you're patient and not fussy, the cheap-o versions may be adequate. We spent a little more to get the Micro Gainz version based on recommendations from friends, and we're glad we did. As Al Kreitler said, "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten."

Just what I needed for home gym. Fits well on adjustable dumbbells. Great way to add those in between weights without having to buy more weights. Very sturdy

I love these so much. They are pricy but they are well worth it. Very handy to add just a light 2.5 lbs to a dumbbell and either unlock a more comfortable rep range when you are inbetween the dumbbells available in your gym or just not have to wait for the dumbbells someone else is using. These are well constructed and can allow you to fine tune your progression. Highly recommended for more experienced lifters - beginners should certainly hold off for a while.

Ürün güzel, içinde yay mekanizması var ve bu şekilde dambıl sapına takılınca otomatik olarak kilitlenir. Henüz evimde dambıl üzerinde kullanamadım çünkü dambıl setini daha almadım, spor salonunda kullanacağım. Elimle kontrol ettim ve gerçekten sağlam yayları var. Umarım yayları zamanla güçsüzleşmez. Güven veren bir ürün şu an için. Olumsuz bir durum yaşarsam yorumuma ekleme yapacağım.

I love these, they are one of my fav gym items as they allow me to progress my strength.It’s sometimes hard jumping up 2kg to the next weight so these are ideal, I get so many people ask me what these are and others love the idea of them too.Easy to use and very robust. I love that they clip onto the dumbbell easily.

Received these today and I am impressed. They will be a great addition to my home gym and allowing me the in between weights for my dumbells. Used on my regular hex dumbells and tried them on my Nuobell adjustable they work on the Nuobell despite the shorter handle but my hands are average. For larger hands may not work for your Nuobells. The Micro Gainz are easy on and easy off

These are great for slowly increasing the work load and fit well. Not for dumbells that have plastic covered or neoprene covered handles
