arrived fast. well packaged. i installed a dual battery kit in a utv as well as this. easily made a wiring harness, connected it up to the batteries and it works great. no trouble seeing each battery's voltage in daylight and looks good either day or night. happy with purchase.edit: meter has been installed 10 days. it draws amperage and will drain your battery over time if not recharged. to address this install an on/off switch to cut power to it's main +lead. if installed in a regularly used vehicle you might not notice the constant power consumption, but if installed in a vehicle that sits for periods of time this item will drain your battery completely down at presently measured consumption rates after 10 days of usage. measuring actual power consumption was my concern after realizing it had no built in off switch. this item would be a more complete kit if it included parts to create a wiring harness, and if the meter was an actual rocker switch that allowed you to turn it off. i still give it 5 stars because if you're into something like this then you most likely already know how to make a wiring harness, and you likely already know if you connect a constant draw to a battery you'll end up with a dead battery over time. the meter it's self overall it works very well.

Installed this in my motorhome to monitor chassis and house battery voltages at a glance while driving. This does exactly what I want. Connected Main to switched chassis power, and Aux to house battery. Only displays when ignition is on which is what I wanted. Primary purpose of this display is to monitor the system that connects the batteries together to charge from the alternator while driving because I often run large loads like the propane refrigerator while driving, and I normally dry camp so it is important to confirm house batteries are charging while driving. Others complained about accuracy, but mine is good to +0.1V, and I have more accurate displays including amp-hour counters for real monitoring. This is a fine product for $14. Would certainly buy again. I am am a retired electrical engineer.

Great fit into my rv,s display system. But display is not showing correct voltage. If it was adjustable voltage low on display by .3 volts. For managing the discharge and input voltage. Well it's not in my main panel I will use remote panel with adjustable pots.Ok to put a fluke meter in for max joy. It is a nice night.

I used this when I installed a duel battery system. Unfortunately it does not read the voltage from the second battery where it is attached at the the isolation solanoid via a 4awg cable. I suspect this has to do with the reistance of the 4awg wire, as I am able to measure the voltage properly with a volt meter. I suspect I would need to run a wire all the way to the trunk where the second battery is mounted. So far the readings have been accurate on the first battery. I do wish it had an off/on switch as it is basically "always on" and though it does not have a major draw, after the vehicle sat for 48hrs the voltage had dropped low enough that the vehicle would not start without activation of the secondary battery.

Liked that I can monitor my battery level at all times even before I go to start up after not driving for a few days to a week and have a digital voltage reading to monitor alternator charging condition when my car is running. Great for my car because I only get a warning when something is already bad.. Only downside is that the snap in clips on some units get weak, break, and the unit becomes loose and easy to slide out. (USB charger units)

This little voltage monitor works awesome on my ATV dual battery set up. I just wish I`d have found this sooner because it fits my need so well! If something happens to this monitor, I`ll buy another one! Awesome.
