Bought this after my alternator failed and left my batteries drained (and me stranded) before the end of a long workday.If your vehicle doesn’t have a battery voltmeter, Get One! It will save you time, money, and convenience if you’re in a hurry.Some battery warning lights only work if the belt breaks.This one has good brightness, looks fancy on the dash, It’s easy to install, and the low voltage alarm is loud.Accuracy is within .3v for me, but that depends on where it is drawing power from. The more direct to the battery it is, the more accurate it will be.If you want my advice, tap into a switched (acc) power source if you’re concerned with a parasitic drain. Some have made uneducated comments on this..

I would buy again. However, it's a shame the numerical readout is blue LED. The blue is impossible to read in bright sunlight. This would be a 5 star item if the numbers were a color like red, green, or yellow, that could be seen in the sunlight. Otherwise, it is handy to have a voltmeter across my 24v trolling motor batteries, just not as good as I had hoped.

Great product, easy to install and alerts you when the voltage drops below preset readings. I use it on a 24 volt trolling motor system on my boat. It's a little difficult to read on sunny days, I have to hold my hand over it to read it.

Great to add to battery boxes for 12v lead-acid batteries. You can keep an eye on voltage level so you don't over discharge your battery. Easy to see in all conditions, and the audible low voltage alarm is a nice feature.

This worked perfect in my custom dash on a golf cart. There are several accessories that use 12v power a d this Guage keeps up with letting you know charging and power draw.

Nice digital unit, easy to read, standard install, drill 1 1/8" hole in my boat's fiberglass. Unfortunately I did not do my research well enough, similar item is available for less with more features from Marinebeam boat supplier with added features that are actually important. This unit lacks an on/off switch, so it will have a parasitic draw on you battery when you are away from your boat or vehicle. I couldn't find the amount of the draw in any of the specs. In addition, the Marinebeam unit has a USB charging port also. This unit is getting tossed in a drawer until I find another use or give it away.
