I put this on my Outback with GMRS radio and drove away from my house with antenna on top of my 50 foot tower. On 10 watts, these radios kept in clear communication for 24 miles. It was scratchy at 25 and 26 and then no reception after that. I am very please with this and it's good not to have to remove or lower it everytime I pull into the garage. Great purchase.

Works very well, maybe not as good as MXTA26 from Midland, but I can get into the garage and go through the car wash without having to remove this one. Almost as nice as the taller one, but way more convenient and not as noticeable.

Great antenna. Small, compact, sturdy, and has great build quality. I live in a more densely packed area and thought the 3db gain would be more advantageous for me given my terrain. With that said, the reception and range are way better than you would expect for a short antenna like this. Love this small yet powerful package. I would recommend this greatly for anyone in the more mountainous, forested areas, or even cities and towns. Especially great for low clearance applications.

Got this to replace the wire antenna on my GMRS in my vehicle. Works great and seems to get better signal than the original wire antenna. Would definitely recommend getting one!

This a GMRS antenna. It works well on GMRS frequencies. I.like the low profile and the fact that this antenna is rugged. The only.complaint is the price. The Midland is more expensive than the other but I feel like it is a better antenna.

I am using this with a 20 watt GMRS radio mounted in my vehicle and it has performed flawlessly so far. Does it work as well as a tall whip antenna? No, but I knew that going into it and did not have a need to get the absolute maximum range from my radio setup. I needed my GMRS radio to transmit and receive without issue while using a very low profile antenna that did not get in the way or easily noticed. This ghost antenna has checked all the boxes so far, love it.

What a great little cool looking antenna. Great for the urban radio operator.

Added this antenna to a 20 watt mobile GMRS radio, replacing a Nagoya 771G that was slightly too tall to get in my garage opening .Hits repeaters 20 mi away no problem, Tx quality is excellent as I have been told. Little static, as good or better than other antennas.
