The hifold fit-and-fold booster seat in not an infant seat. hifold does not include and integrated harness and hifold is only suitable for children aged 4-years old and above who are taller than 40" and weigh more than 40 pounds
Please note that the hifold seat is a booster seat. As with most booster seats, hifold uses the vehicle installed adult seat belt to restrain the child and hold the booster seat in place

We carried this in a checked suitcase because we didn’t have a bag that fit it and would be easy to carry. It took up ~1/3to 1/2 the medium bag. It would fit in overhead or under seat in a small bag. It was easy to unfold and put in place, fold up, and will pay for itself after a couple of plane trips considering daily cost to rent a booster, and is guaranteed to be there in good condition unlike the rental booster. It is also nice for Ubers with kids because it’s so quick. The seatbelt needs to be in place at all three red spots or the booster will move, so your child needs to not pull the belts out or it won’t be safe for them to use. This was fine with 6 and 7 yos. It isn’t convenient to carry this with the strap so plan to pack in a backpack or suitcase. There are cheap bags for the gb pockit that fit this.

had a hard time figuring out the folding features, it was very comfortably padded and love the safety features. Overall It was easy to install once unfolded.Note. It is bigger than it seems. Even when folded it’s about 13â€x13â€x9†(rough estimate) and a bit heavy for travel.Probably great for smaller cars and not necessarily for travel.Do make sure to read and follow weight and size restrictions, I had to return mine but will definitely purchase next year when baby fits right.

Seems okay but will return as there is no strap or way to strap the backrest of the booster seat to the car's seat. So it flops over at will.

Where has this been?! A must! Grows with your kiddo, light weight, lean, and fits perfect in any seat you place it! Safety is more important then comfort for me. My kiddos aren’t in the seat for long periods of time and by long periods of time I mean 5+ hrs. We have done 2-4hours and my kiddos have responded well. I had someone mention they didn’t really like how “up right†it was but again, in my opinion this is the proper seating position for safety.It’s constantly being shrieked and widened as my kiddos are 4 and 6. They fight for this seat because in a sense they think they are “official†considered big kids. When I have needed the space, I just fold and place is the narrow foot area I have in front of them! Takes little to no space. For sure making another 2 purchases!

I was super excited to receive this seat as we travel often but I'm very disappointed in this purchase.The seat is light and compact but that's about it.It's flimsy (does not stand on its own) and not entirely easy to use as the mechanisms get stuck repeatedly.The seat has no tethers so besides literally placing the seat belt over the child there really are no safety features.The plastic piece where the strap goes through does not keep the strap in place.The concept behind the seat is great! R&D needs to go back to the drawing board and make it better/safer.

My daughter listens and understands how important seatbelts are so she doesn’t play with it and has been able to self fasten her seatbelt since she was 4. If your child is mature enough to sit and has the strength to sit upright. It’s amazing. Yes you need to to 4 years old. 40 inches tall and weigh 40lbs. So much better as a permanent solution in my Tesla model Y vs a traditional seat from a space safety and movement perspective. Easily reclines with her actual seat. And the shoulder strap makes sure it doesn’t move around too much when empty.

Me fui de viaje con mi familia y buscaba una solución para no tener que rentar una silla para mi hijo de 4 años, donde generalmente no son muy buenas. Entonces aposté en la Hifold y no me arrependi. Me aventé viajes de 5 horas en auto y mi hijo fue muy confortable y dormido. La silla cabe en una maleta de mano pues con carriola, mochilas y maletas de bordo es una cosa más para cargar. Es muy fácil de usar lo que recomiendo que vean el vÃdeo con las instrucciones y la prueben antes del viaje ya para llevarla ajustada. Solucionó mi problema además de brindar la seguridad que se requiere para mi hijo. Recomiendo mucho.

me gusto porque no ocupa espacio y sin embargo es una sillita para el carro, y ademas es muy facil de cambiar de vehiculo y de lugar.

Esta silla es práctica porque se dobla, pero eso la hace que no sea apropiada porque tiende a inclinarse y mi hija está siempre llendo se de lado. Lastima que no se ha usado mucho hasta que se cerró la ventana de poder regresarla. Cliente nada satisfecho.
