I needed a nice, large matching set - I am 44 and have never owned a really nice set of silverware. This is a beautiful set, and I am retiring my older mixed set to our travel trailer! These are beautifully made, heavy and I am sure I will never need another set. The price point is great also, for a 12 service set.

We purchased the set for 8. I read through the reviews on several different manufacturers product lines, and decided on these. I was concerned because there were some mentions of staining in the 1-stars.We’ve had these ow for over 6 months, and they are perfect - not a hint of tarnish or stain. The stainless steel is quality SS. . I love them.They are quality stainless steel, and have the weight of quality - they feel great in your hand, the weight and balance are there. There has been absolutely zero staining - no evidence of it at all.We wash them In the dishwasher in the evening and empty the dishwasher the next evening, so they sit inside the DW for a pretty long time with water drops here and there.Again, I personally am 100% happy with this purchase and I am pretty picky.When I shop for things for the kitchen, I definitely shop for quality (not necessarily brand). I know what I am looking for pretty much. I then start searching and reading reviews.This cutlery set fits the bill perfectly. It’s a great every day set, as well as stylish for a holiday table setting.Love ‘em.Just go for it, you’ll be happy.

I like this silverware. It's elegant, makes a statement, has nice weight, and is really well priced. I'm super happy with this purchase.

These are pretty, modern and seem to be good quality. They have a good weight to them. The only thing that bothers me though is that after I washed them in the dishwasher I noticed they have a lot of water marks (even with rinse aid). My old set didn’t show spots, so a little disappointed.

The Mikasa Satin Loft Flatware was exactly what I needed. I like the smooth sleek finish. The weight is just right. The width of the forks is perfect.

I absolutely love this silverware! The slight curve makes it perfect to hold fork/spoons. The knifes have enough sharpness to it it that you can cut chicken or other meat perfectly. Not flimsy at all nice and solid. Definitely worth the price! Will last a lifetime.

Beautiful set. It is bigger than expected but it’s beautiful. They do not show finger prints or water marks. Great for a daily use set.

No complaints at all. Nice clean design and well made. But the size of pieces seem a bit bigger than normal. Even commented on by guests without coaching!

The cutlery looks and feels great however it is already staining after 2 weeks with very little use. It is very disappointing especially at this price point. I expected more from the brand. I now have to mail the affected pieces back and Mikasa gets to decide if they will replace or not. Wish me luck.
