Purchased this bench after being well pleased with the mikolo smith machine in my review pic. Came well packaged, arrived in a few days. Bench is heavy duty material, easy assembly in about 30 minutes. Smooth transition of the various angles. Rubber feet prevent rocking and skidding. Very solid. Well worth the money.

Easily assembled, matches the rest of my gym. So far so good and for the price I paid, worth every penny.

This bench is great. Very sturdy and fairly easy to change positions. The seat has plenty of I shown do you are not in pain. My only complaint is how far you have to lift it up to engage the wheels.

Perfect addition to my home gym. Was not difficult to assemble but not easy either. No step by step written instructions. Just pictures. I am old school so this took me a little longer, but so happy with the outcome!

**Disappointing Design and Functionality**The design of the pivot and detents for adjusting both the height and angle is quite poor. Even when tightened firmly, the mechanism remains too wobbly to provide stable support, and over-tightening makes the arm impossible to adjust. Additionally, the bench pads are inadequately sized—far too narrow to provide proper support, which led to discomfort and shoulder blade injuries during use. It’s hard to understand who this product was designed for, given these basic design flaws.Regrettably, I didn’t assemble it sooner, and now I’m past the return window. Had I known these issues beforehand, I would have chosen a different product.As seen in the photo… the pad is no larger than my hand.

I really like that each step of assembly had its own ziplocked hardware that matched that step. Pretty easy to put together, but the padding is thin and feels cheap. So far it’s held up and it’s a fairly good bench. Height is much better than the weirder I replaced, but it’s not an amazing bench and probably not the best in this price range, but I’m sure it’s far from the worst. It’s good enough.
