It's not the most sturdy preacher curl bench I have used, though I will say the only other ones I used were commercial and this one is more for home use. I have had it lift up a few times as I was sitting down but a slight adjustment of where I was putting my weight solved that issue.It's fairly adjustable and went together pretty easily following the instructions. Comes with everything but the preacher bar.

I waited a couple of days after I received it to assemble it, several parts were missing ( fasteners) along with the plugs that go int the ends of the tubing, so after I sourced what was needed to assemble It, I was shocked at the size.It is unstable when you sit on the seat.it’s almost like sitting on the floor, the steel is a very thin gauge.

La máquina es excelente. Es fácil de armar, resistente, muy fácil de armar. Vi algunos comentarios que opinaban sobre el tamaño del cojÃn que era pequeño y que algunas partes como es la estructura dónde reposa el cuerpo queda floja. Pero para nada es asÃ. La almohada tiene la dimensión indicada para una máquina de hacer ejercicio en casa y la estructura es sólida siempre y cuando ae arme bien y se apriete bien. 100 % recomendado.

We wanted to find a better way to do preacher curls on our cable machine, and this works perfectly. We didn't install the front barbell rack, and just push the preacher bench up to the leg of the cable machine...grab the bar, and proceed with preacher curls. So much better than doing it down the back of an incline bench.
